Apartamentos Ona Club Bena Vista

The property is located in a very pleasant and quiet area, which made it ideal for a relaxing stay. The surroundings are well maintained, with nice greenery and a clean pool area. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for our needs. We also appreciated the easy access to nearby towns and beaches. Overall, it offered a very good balance between comfort and location. Everything met our expectations.

The landscaping and gardening was really pretty. The provided hairdryer was excellent. The room is in dire need of cleaning and new furniture. The dining room chairs were so stained that I sat on a towel. I used a wedge to prevent the table from wobbling. There was melted cheese in the toaster. The living room chairs are very worn. The shower curtain had mildew and was torn at the top and the shower window was moldy. The edges of the floors needing scrubbing. The apartment smelled of smoke, and so I tried to cross ventilate to get the smell out. Doing so let in hoards of mosquitos and I left with 20+ bites on my face and arms. It was colder than anticipated, and there were no extra blankets in the room. Fortunately, I was by myself and used both duvets. I stayed for a week and no one ever brought fresh towels or took the trash out.

The internet was down for the entirety of my stay—11 days. I had work to do and called daily the front desk. They kept telling me that they were aware of the problem, the Internet company had been called, but the problem was never resolved. Then they suggested that I used the connection at a McDonalds nearby. Which was public and unsecured. I also never received housekeeping service. I didn’t mind too much since I was traveling solo and I had four beds and two bathrooms; however, I requested one fresh bath mat on day five and it was never delivered.

Perfect and beautiful villa. Good and affordable price. Nice and responsive staff. 10 out of 10. Just very weak wifi.

Good location..comfortable beds, excellent shower, very effective air con. Some furnishings need updating Some furniture need replacing...ie dining chairs and dining table

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and offered good facilities. The garden is well maintained, and everything was tidy and well looked after. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downsides were the presence of mosquitoes and a slight moldy odor in one of the rooms. Otherwise, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

No air conditioning in the bedrooms.

We also mentioned that we did not want to have the noise from the road, and they gave us a cozy apartment with a garden close to the pool so there was not any noise from the road at all. One of the mattresses of the sofa was very dirty. We mentioned it in reception and they offer to clean it but it was already the night after so did not make that much sense. We arrived at 8pm, when the reception was already closed, so we had to do the check-in from a lock box, and find the apartment through a drawing map which was not easy. It took as way more time than expected to enter the apartment + we had to do ourselves the check-in registration from our cell phones.

Bathroom has garbage on the countertop, no toilet paper were given, AC wasn’t working, place smelled bad.

Excellent breakfast rooms are at high floor, with no elevator and narrow stairway No signage regarding parking, hotel entry or way to the beach

Apartment was lovely, complex was well kept and private. The staff were helpful in the office and were able to sort anything for us.

Nice complex, pool nice. Hairdryer was broken and changed very quickly with no hassle Could have been cleaner, couple hairs in bath, bad smell from shower drain.

Lovely grounds and pool area. Noisy doors. Bad soundproofing. Shady first floor balcony.

Everything was wonderful, staff, location!

Supermarket nearby,walking distance to beach.

Location is close all shops and restaurants, sea and mountains.
