Staff very friendly and helpful, very impressed with the room, clean and very comfortable, and very complete kitchen. Breakfast was excellent, great variety, nice gym and pool. Close to great shopping and dining.

Had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is close to everything! The mall is in walking distance - across the street. The complimentary breakfast was good and included a few gluten free options.

This hotel is really quiet . Hotels that are solid built are rare , you literally hear nothing ! It is perfect if you want to get away for a few days or take a trip. Our hotel room was really clean and kept well. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Estero /Fort Myers area .

Our room had kitchen amenities which was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, someone pulled a fire alarm at 3am and woke everyone up.

Front desk staff welcomed me and were always very helpful.

Exceptional

My room reeked of what I believe was cigarette smoke. When I told this to the front desk, she vehemently denied that anyone smoked in that room, and furthermore it had never been a smoking room. The room had that stale, smoke stench like it hasn't been smoked in for years. I could barely stand being in the room. I woke up multiple times during the night and as soon as waking up, I could smell that smoke. If it's not smoke, there is s something else emanating a noxious odor. The person at the front desk on Sunday morning at 9:30 pushed back on my experience and made me feel like I was wrong. She said she would have a manager contact me, but that has not happened yet. I would like the room to be comped for my trouble. Room 217 August 1 to August 2. Thank you, Glenn, Musto

The room had a water leak from the AC when we first got in. They switched me to another room next door that was smaller and felt very cramped. Once I opened the sofa bed I could barely walk in the room. The breakfast was ok. The eggs tasted stale, no flavor. There was limited protein options. There was pieces of glass by the pool. My daughter found them as she walking around. She could’ve cut her foot. I told the maintenance crew and they quickly swept it up. The manager told me they had replaced the windows but didn’t clean up the broken glass. All in all, I expected more. Not thinking of going back anytime soon.

No carpet in rooms

Perfect location just across road from large shopping plaza. 10minutes drive to beaches. Room had everything for a longer stay! Definitely would have stayed longer! Lots to do and see locally. Couldn’t fault the hotel.
