Online check in since we had a late arrival. No interaction with staff. Clean and fine for a quick one night stay

It was good and we had fine. Nice stay.

We paid over $300 for a room I normally would not have even looked at. It was the 4th of July and we needed a room. Never go there.

Parking was a tight squeeze at back of property but made it work. View from room was stunning. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Wish there was some sort of breakfast or morning snack for hikers heading to the mountains.

the check in process was trash. the computer / tablet was ridiculous. do not recommend they continue that process. our room still had items from previous guest in it. bed was not great and seemed to be tipped headboard down. luckily it was only one night. great location to RMNP tho

Dirty, mold in shower

Our room was just what we needed for our time at Estes. We had everything we needed and being so close to the park entrance was a plus when we had to get up early in order to get in. Would stay there again if returned to Estes Park.

The fridge in the room freezes foods that has any moisture to them. The beds seem to be more or less comfortable. The pool is tiny, we didn't use it. There is a coffee shop in walking distance which is very convenient. Check in and out were easy.

It was easy to get to the National park. Wish there was more outside seating to enjoy the view.

Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park, close to good places to eat as well.

Clean,good location

I did call to ask for assistance, and she was very friendly. In my experience traveling I would have preferred a friendly face at a front desk instead of a 20 minute check in process. Aside from that the motel room was very clean and updated. It had a comfortable bed and was quiet.

Easy parking, clean rooms, helpful staff.

We stayed one evening and it was comfortable. The room was clean, bed comfortable, the a/c worked well, and the staff helping us check in was knowledgeable and friendly.

This location is super close to the Rocky Mountain national park, particularity the bear lake trailhead. Staff was very kind and helped me check in. It’s very clean and quite cute but is a bit small. We had three travelers and with luggage it was a bit of a squeeze otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.

All rooms in this area are pretty expensive during the summer. The location was great just outside the entrance to the park. The room was clean. The bed was very firm. The walls were a bit thin as you could clearly hear neighbors conversations. Luckily our neighbors all went to sleep about the same time as us. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

The view and the restaurant next door were amazing.

Just right outside from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. I mainly chose this one because of that. Our timed entry is 5-7am and I wanted to make sure we get in there quick… it’s like just a minute drive and we’re there at the entrance!

Insects crawling around bathroom, water damaged Sheetrock in bathroom, ac not keeping up, walls creaking and popping.

Property and rooms were very clean. Staff goes above and beyond! Also within walking distance of a great restaurant bird and jims also the birds nest coffee shop. This will be our go to place to stay in estes park from here on out
