The higher cost was probably due to an event in town, but the place was practically empty.

The room was clean and didnt smell musty. As a former housekeeper at larger hotels, its very hard not to look for flaws, especially in small owned motels like such in small towns like Eufala where its hard to hire multiple housekeepers for 1 shift. I was very impressed. There was one small thing left from previous that I didn't even realize until I was packing up to leave and did deep search of room to make sure I didnt miss anything. Fantastic all around. The room stayed pretty warm until about 130 am but fan blew hard on air unit so it wasn't to bad. The price was very affordable. I didnt use any of amenities offered so no opinions. Looking forward to coming for another stay soon! Thank you!

The property was clean. It was a good stay overall. However, the air conditioner wasn’t doing its job. That was the ONLY issue. 8/10

Exceptional

An old, inexpensive, tired but clean motel. It has no amenities. The room was clean and ok. I needed a cheap, clean place to spend the night. That’s what I got. If I were driving through town again I would spend a night there.

It was a cheap hotel and it showed. Everything looked tired. Toilet was not cleaned to household standards. Bedspread was threadbare. Hotel rated it Good. That was a bit generous.

2. No coffee maker in room 3. No blow dryer in room 4. No iron or ironing board in room 5. Toilet flusher broken, it either ran loudly all night or you had to put your hand into the back tank to close the flush valve manualy (the inside back tank was black with mold) 6. Both chairs in the room had broken legs and were unusable 7. The mini fridge had broken shelves/couldn't stack anything 8. The microwave turntable was broken/would not spin so whatever you tried to cook or heat up would burn 9. Stayed four days and only had one towel/wash cloth/no shampoo, no soap

I know the price was cheap but this one was a definitely get what you paid for. The rooms were horrible and dirty. Nothing is updated. Holes in walls, broken or damaged pieces. The staff were rude and a huge language barrier.

The man who runs the front desk is horrible. He has an angry, judgmental demeanor. Do not expect anyone friendly. It’s just this man and you as the customer since there are no other customers. He called and knocked so many times for me to check out it was frightening. He watches you move everything out of the room and immediately takes the key. He made me follow him back to the front desk before he would tell me he is keeping my security deposit for checking out 20 minutes late. This man is cruel and could care less about hospitality even if you’re the only guest. Oh, and the room was disgusting!!!!!
