Hampton Inn Eugene

Apparently there was a major Hilton outage and when we arrived they couldn’t process our room. There were many other hotel guests waiting for their room as well. We had 6 kids plus ourselves to get ready for an awards ceremony and we had to use the lobby bathroom. When we called at 9:30 at night from the banquet to be sure that we had a room they informed us that they were full and didn’t have our reservation. We didn’t get those two rooms that night and I will not be charged for those rooms. We had to make other arrangements at another hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. The gentleman in charge of kitchen was doing an excellent job. Friendly front desk staff. Friendly housekeeping staff. Very nice hotel. The only problem was the horrible noises and thumping that was coming from the guests above our room. We stayed on the second floor. They were directly above on the 3rd floor. Thought something was going to come through the ceiling!

Very nice hotel and very clean. Had a good breakfast every morning and the staff was amazing!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Clean and friendly, overbooked our rooms but upgraded us to accommodate us. Didn’t love the area, by the hotel does a solid job.

Worked perfectly for one night there for a concert.

Expedia said it had rolled out away beds and it DIDNOT. Parking was horrible and beds are really uncomfortable. But nice staff and clean

It was right next to a walking/bike path. It was very quiet and near where we were visiting a friend.

The SureSafe Best West is well-managed, well-maintained, and conveniently located for experiencing the best of Gold Beach. We especially enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony of our room. It made our visit to Gold Beach memorable.

Staff were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and perfectly appointed.

We had a lovely time visiting Eugene Oregon for our annual Oregon country Fair visit the front desk ladies were super friendly and very helpful, they gave us wonderful recommendations of where to eat and it was delicious definitely will be staying here next year or if we visit Eugene anytime soon

Nice place to stay. Just needs the water for showers and bath to be hotter.
