Holiday Inn Express Evansville West by IHG

We didn’t call the front desk, but the toilet was very slow to flush. I told them on the way out. This is my 3rd time staying there and probably will again. So very close to USI campus.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

The breakfast was more than we expected and the staff there was very friendly. We will recommend our friends to stay here. Booking.com was a bad experience. We booked for 3 days but needed to cancel one. It was very upsetting for me! A very nice lady got it straightened out for us. But your staff had no problem with the cancellation and they were a pleasure to work with!!

I didn't research the location, that was my mistake. The hotel is not convenient to the interstate. Having said that, departure traveling west was not bad.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast... not just "continental" style but also served hot food.

Everything was spot on during this visit.

The front desk staff was amazing, they helped me have a early check in. Everything was ready and I was able to get ready for my birthday party. I go to this hotel only to visit my family once a month. Everything was great

We got in our room and it stunk like wet clothes had laid in there for a week. They switched us rooms and the second room stunk like that to. Also they no longer have a hot tub in the pool area like it said they did. Also breakfast sucked.

The location is great. The hotel staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. There were a few bathroom maintenance issues though. The shower rod was close to falling and there was black mold around the door. We reported that when we checked out and they said they would have that cleaned. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Overall, it was a good value for the cost.

Of course they had internet issues when we checked in and I felt like this is an excuse they use often. Told us we would have to come back later to check in and said they didnt know when we should come back.

The Holiday Inn Express West is near where I want to be and there is a lot around it that is helpful. This was my second stay there and I felt it is fine. The only thing I found a bit lacking was my room never received clean towels, the only thing done was the trash cans were emptied during my 4 night stay. The staff I saw was very nice.

Loved the soft bed . Shower was good . It’s a really nice place to stay breakfast was good too!
