Holiday Inn Express Evansville West by IHG

Of course they had internet issues when we checked in and I felt like this is an excuse they use often. Told us we would have to come back later to check in and said they didnt know when we should come back.

Excellent service. The property, room and breakfast was good.

The Holiday Inn Express West is near where I want to be and there is a lot around it that is helpful. This was my second stay there and I felt it is fine. The only thing I found a bit lacking was my room never received clean towels, the only thing done was the trash cans were emptied during my 4 night stay. The staff I saw was very nice.

Loved the soft bed . Shower was good . It’s a really nice place to stay breakfast was good too!

Exceptional

It was a good experience. I was hoping there was a hot tub. But unfortunately there wasn't. The staff was very helpful and nice! The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying there!

You put me in a different room than what I requested

The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk helped me find an ice machine. A nice gentleman and I chatted about my love for the cinnamon rolls you can only find at their hotels. And the breakfast attendant kept everything clean, and even packed up an extra cinnamon roll for us to take along. We left there ready for a good day.

The staff is incredibly nice, the room was a nice size and it was quiet kind of a no frills hotel but I stayed there for the location

I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school.

It was fine for one night

The location was great. Well lit parking lot. Loved the room darkening shade. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Enjoyed a warm breakfast. Definitely would recommend.
