Front Desk Staff - forget her name she was extremely friendly and helpful. We were here for a lacrosse game. Breafast was good. Fresh Crepe etc.. It is in a quiet place/area. Downtown Princeton was 15 minute drive. Room was clean. Staff very friendly.

Room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

For a quick stayover, this hotel is efficient and comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent -- very friendly and accommodating when I had a maintenance issue. I had to switch rooms because the shower only had HOT water, so that was disappointing and inconvenient, but they took care of it quickly. There was a goody bag with cold water and cookies and chips. Nice! Breakfast was an extensive impressive spread. The bed was super comfortable. Good value.

Staff was great.

I checked in and immediately check out! Spoke to the front desk manager. He could care less about the condition of the room. I was never offered a clean room. My they were all pretty disgusting.

The breakfasts were good. There was a good variety, and the food was hot and fresh. This is where things get sketchy. There was water damage on ceiling in multiple public areas, and my bathroom ceiling. One of the two elevators did not work. On Friday night, the lobby and courtyard was hosting some sort of party for a kids graduation, do the Internet was overloaded and I couldn't get online. The door to my room stuck to the point that I began using my shoulder to open it. The sliding door to my bedroom was off the track. The tv repeatedly connected and disconnected from the Internet. The headboard of my bed was ripped off the wall, and the z-rail brackets were hanging out. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal. I think that covers it

Had to change rooms at 10 pm because the tvs didn’t work. New room had no water pressure for shower. Little drizzle to wash in. Sad

Never got a room they had no rooms available

There was no laundry bag. There was a power out for a little while probably that is because for the storm. At one point we were trapped at the lift until I pushed the open doors, and the rear doors were open. The price is high and I wish I can talk/book via person (hotel's customer service) on the phone (not online stuff) and third party!!

No coffee cups or mugs, when asked stated " there aren't any and walked away. Bathroom had mold in cracks of shower....very unpleasant! One elevator was broken and only had another which stopped working for hours, which restricted the handicapped.

"We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast offered a good selection each morning, and the kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel was quiet, well maintained, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Adequate sleeping . Horrible breakfast had to request towels did not clean room wet shower with hair and mold not going back

Desk personnel very pleasant, room rate reasonable, good location Hotel room needs attention (worn, dated) , no maid service (I had to ask for clean towels, etc. and they never made my bed), complimentary breakfast was just o.k., and loud party in atrium past 10:00 p.m. kept me awake - the front desk should have instructed the guests to disburse or keep the noise down.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was a luxury we didn't expect. We had our dog with us, so that extra space was very nice. We loved the cute little courtyard area, where we brought our breakfasts to enjoy outside. The hotel breakfasts were good, too. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomr. There was nothing unsatisfactory about our accommodations and our stay. It was very nice.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

We liked the small amenities that are subtle but make a difference like the infused tea. The juice availability during the day, the property was clean and staff was great. Thanks to the staff for setting up a bubble machine for my girls to play in the courtyard with.

Disappointed to say that the rooms are looking rather beat up as I have really liked staying here in the past. There was obviously repaired furniture & cabinets, dented fridge, large piece of facing on cabinet missing, hair in the sink & tub. Fortunately, the bedding, towel, & surfaces were generally very clean. My colleague in a different room was disappointed as well mentioning similar issues with her room.
