Room was clean, staff was great. Our only issue was with an our dining order and multiple errors and triple the expected wait time. Food was great otherwise and the stay was comfortable.

The breakfast is outstanding, it’s a wonderful pool area, everything is clean, and the staff is pleasant. The beds are not comfortable

It was a nice bed The rooms were not very sound proof. I could hear stomping and doors slamming all night. The odor outside was expected, but I didn't expect to smell it in my room.

We are a family that also loves staying at 5-star hotels (Four Seasons, 1 Hotels, Rosewoods, etc.) and this hotel is most definitely on our stay list- we love it!
