SureStay Hotel by Best Western Fairfield Napa Valley

Accommodated my room change because room assigned smelled of smoke. Clean easy lines, no clutter, available coffee, microwave and refrig, A/C unit. Great to be so close to walk to restaurants. T.V remote didn't work, learned to t.v. off on the tv screen itself. Microwave buttons not working well. Freeway noise unable to drown out with earplugs. Felt unsafe due to the area and any noise roused anxiety. I did not use facilities or breakfast, I had to leave by 6:30.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I DID NOT STAY FOR ALL THE DAYS BECAUSE MY ROOM HAD BED BUGS EVERYTHING

For the most part a quiet setting off to the side but close enough to freeway and stores. One of my rooms looked like it needed an update. A little worn but they actually looked like they were in the process of remodeling the rooms so nothing really negative to say

I was on the third floor and the elevator was broken

everything was great more room service with clean towels, and toiler paper etc.

Overall there was very little to like about this hotel, and it is far and away the second worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Do not stay here.

It was ok.

Convenient and great price. Elevator didn’t work, my room was on the third floor. I had to carry my baby & our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Travel with my Veteran's Service dog, with legit papers. The clerk was Thankful I voluntary showed her my real ADA papers. Never had an upfront $200 required room deposit. This was our 10th hotel on our trip and years of hotels. NEVER ANY ROOM DEPOSITS. 1st the receptionist was rude to us, till she found out I was a Veteran. Then she was nice. Our room #206 had the door peep hole glass previously punched out. There was paper stuffed into it blocking one from looking in. The room difital thermostat was broken. Guy in room 201 always smoking at his door. We had to constantly walk thru his smoke. He also stamped his smokes our on the walkway, just at his door. No working ice machine. We were told to buy ice at the gas stations or stores. Beer drinking parking lot party going on that night. Someone squating in a car all day and night, next to our vehicle. I had to move it under the spotlight and buy a camera.

When will I receive my security deposit back?

I also didn’t like the bathroom in the second room I was given had paint peeling off the walls and in the tub. You could see that things were poorly painted over patches. There was also used soap with hair on it in the bathroom as well.

it was definitely cheap and a place to stay.... Everything was outdated, our windows were broken, the floor was chipping along with the walls. The bed sheets were all stained and it was a very hard mattress. Not only that but the shower head was leaking and spraying all over the bathroom. I had to get another towel and wrap it around so it wouldn't spray because it got all of the floor and even toilet seat/ toilet paper wet. This was one of those stays where you were just going to sleep and nothing else and even then the door barley shut and they woke us up at 9 am and trying to unlock our room for house keeping. The price was not worth it at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Staff, clean, location Several Roaches in bathroom at night when I turned bathroom light on. Also mattress was bad sagging
