I stayed here for a graduation at MIU. I flew from New York to DSM International Airport and drove 2 hours to get there. The hotel was cleaner than what I thought. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and not bad at all. Room was very clean. I really can't complain about this place. I thought it was going to be worse but it wasn't. On the contrary, it was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it.

The hotel was comfortable, and bed was great, the room was recently renovated and updated. Overall, it was a good experience. It was a bit pricey, but as one of very few options in Fairfield, they are able to charge more

Probably the nicest, cleanest Hotel I have stayed in for years.

Everything was great. I wish the breakfast would have been better. And that the shower/tub in my room would have had more pressure and not so hard to get a good temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold.
