Kind front desk people / staff.

Staff was always helpful & friendly. None of the ice machines worked when we arrived. They did get the back & running by the middle of our stay. TV kept disconnecting to whatever service they have. Had to have them come reconnect it a couple of times. Internet is so slow that you’re unable to watch any streaming tv & are only offered less than 10 channels. Stayed 3 nights & beds were never made. Breakfast offered is minimal & not well prepared at all. You can tell they tossed it out of the freezer into the microwave. A/C in the room blew cold but never seemed to really cool the room down even with it running on high. Place needs an overall cleaning & updating done all together.

I didn’t like how we stayed on the second floor and all day and all night people on the 3rd floor were running and stomping all down the hallway. We had to call downstairs to the staff and ask them if they could call to the 3rd floor to stop running and stomping every 5 minutes of the day and night

Staff was very nice Hot tub was nasty. Water was brown.

Not much the TV i guess worked great Stains on the blanket missing smoke detector old light bulb left on bathroom sink shower head was broke can't turn to different sprays

I understand the convenience, economics and “going green” with not using single use containers; however it is quite common to encounter empty or missing bottles.

No drain plug in the sink Arrived at 10:30pm drinkers in the parking lot Breakfast wasn’t appetizing to say the least
