Room that was booked was not available. Given a room directly above the loading dock. Woken up every morning at 6:00 by truck unloading and by someone cutting grass or using blower. Hotel is nice, but is certainly outdated and not worth the 700 dollars a night I paid for the room. Parking is also terrible and without enough spaces available for the number of residents unless you want to use valet or take a shuttle.

The property was clean even though it rained the entire time we were there. The restaurants and bars were excellent. The service provided by the staff was amazing. We plan to visit annually.

Loved the Jazz Brunch, and the options at the other restaurants and bars. The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned. My fiance walked around bare footed and his feet were dirty on the bottom.

All in all a very well maintained facility. But for the price, the rooms are good but not great and the bath shower combination in the bathrooms was very slippery and dangerous for seniors.

Everything you could ask for in a spa resort. The grounds are lovely and the food and bar choices are excellent. Seems very popular with families with children.

The grounds, staff, restaurants were great. Only issue was the room wasn't cleaned very well (trash wasn't removed, beds weren't really made).
