This hotel was great for the price we paid. I would give 5 stars but there were some signs in the room that show that it’s due for a facelift. Beds slept very well. Staff was perfect!

The rooms were not that cleaned at all we had ants in the bathroom and they don’t provide microwaves in the room and they also don’t have an iron or iron board they have a steamer the room was not dirty it was cleaned the bed was very comfortable. They charge you 15.99 a day for parking which is ridiculous no pool and no complimentary breakfast either.

It is a very old hotel and the facilities looked outdated, but the room is clean. Parking is confusing at first, you need to scan a QR code and choose in/out option.

Another issue was the bathroom sink faucet. The water pressure was excessively strong, causing water to splash onto the countertop and even onto my clothes almost every time I used it. This was both inconvenient and frustrating. Finally, the lighting controls were not user-friendly. Each light had its own small switch located beneath the fixture, making it inconvenient to turn off all the lights before going to bed. A master switch or bedside control would provide a much better guest experience.

Nice property and very accommodating stuff

Parking was odd and not intuitive, but we were able to figure it out. Rooms had thin walls, we could hear our neighbors talking throughout the evening. Premises are a bit dated as well. Probably would pass next time I’m in town, but price to value is there for a budget night’s stay.

The Westin is a great property with easy access to major roads in Tysons. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

Breakfast should be included but it was not. Parking is very confusing.

This is an old hotel with dirty carpets. Horrible experience
-
The hot water did not work in the sink or the shower. I let it run for about 15 minutes and it never got hot, or even warm. My room was on an upper floor, maybe that was the problem? But when I told the staff about it, they just said "let the water run for a while", which I had already done. We had thought about extending our stay to a second night, but without hot water for a shower, we checked out and went to a different hotel. Also there were no decent tea bags provided in the room , only decaf tea, which tastes terrible and does not fit the bill for a tea drinker.

The room appeared clean at first. Then we seen the ants, next we woke up to a huge roach, finally the ants started eating the roach. No. Don't do it.
-
The room was clean and the staff was professional.
-
Old building, they did a decent job refurbishing but you can just feel the age. Not recommended for a long stay

Great location to visit
