The buffet breakfast is a bit $ for families ($27 including tax) but half price for kids, and the hostess at the restaurant was so kind! The food at breakfast is very good and includes healthy options like salad and sautéed fresh vegetables. There is a bakery just across the parking lot that opens at 8:30 and is a great, Less expensive alternative for daytime meals. Trader Joe’s and casual restaurants are close by. Parking is $15 a day which is just a money grab because they have SOOOO much free space. You can park near the bakery on the street for free. Would do that next time. The beds are fluffy and comfortable. Small children or older adults may have difficulty getting in since the mattress height is high. Room needed minor updates (paint on bathroom ceiling peels since there is no vent). Water takes a long time heat up but the showers are very nice. Overall, if you get a good price, this is a very good hotel for families, groups, business, keeping in mind you will pay extra for most amenities. I highly recommend booking directly through the hotel and not a 3rd party such as Expedia.

The parking with Metro was a nightmare. Better when you could just it Hotel for parking. I do have a question. Stayed there 3 times there was not one outlet that worked to charged electronics by the bed. Why is that?

Professional service and the most comfortable bed that I’ve slept in at any hotel

The staff is really good- exactly as you would expect at a Westin property. The toilet in our bathroom overflowed within minutes of our arrival and they arrived immediately to fix it. The room was nice enough. Though, you can tell they are still in the process of converting the hotel from the previous Ramada level to a Westin level.

I was awake almost the whole night, the linens and blankets are obvious recycled. Keep scratching the whole night felt like some foreign germs crawling on me.
-
The property seemed beautiful, however, I did not like the shower/bathroom facilities as much as other properties.
-
Nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Finally she called Expedia customer service. Customer service person told her that we had free breakfast. She still refused to accept it and told the person on the phone that she needed an email. Then the customer service on the phone then asked to talk to the manger, she said the manager was not there. Finally after half an hour of discussion she gave us the vouchers for the breakfast. This was unnecessary and uncomfortable for me to waste half hour back and forth, especially when I clearly showed my itinerary to her and she didn't believe it. Thank you.

I booked my room with breakfast included. I did not receive my breakfast coupons upon arrival. The next morning, when we went to go have breakfast, we were notified that we needed to have coupons. My mother went to the front desk to request the coupons, but it wasn't on our hotel reservation (in the system) that we had purchased breakfast with our room. The person working at the front desk requested proof via email, which I sent my mom a copy to show them. That wasn't good enough. They said it did not provide proof. My mother asked for a manager and she was told that management wouldn't be in until that afternoon and there was nothing they could do. So I had to go down to the front desk to speak with the same person. They asked me for the email proof as well, to which I showed the same exact email that my mother showed. They didn't give me any push back and "politely" provided all breakfast coupons for our stay. It was extremely frustrating to deal with all of that for a mediocre breakfast that wouldn't have been worth the $100 we would have been charged had we not had the coupons to begin with. We were highly dissatisfied with the way that we were treated and the resulting breakfast. As far as our room, housekeeping only cleaned half the room by making one bed and not taking all dirty towels nor replacing them with clean ones. For parking, the front desk failed to mention that you had to select the link for $16 all day parking, so I was charged every time I went in or out.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, wait staff at breakfast were all excellent. The only comment we have at this stay was the quality of the food at breakfast. Coffee, tea and the fruit juices were very good. Our teen daughters said they wish there was hot chocolate. Eggs still had a bit of a powdery texture and the sausages were dry.

Everything was great ! Only dislike was paying for parking. Everything else was 10/10.
