As far as the facilities, everything just looks dated. The linens were horrible - sheets were that wimpy feeling of having been washed WAY too may times, blanket was questionable at best, towels were literally shredding along all edges. I definitely expected more from a Westin. Would not stay there again.

Staff was very helpful! My room was fine.

overall, room was nice. The lobby and staff were nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. parking -- paying extra to park was not good and we got charged twice. We thought the breakfast was complementary, but it was not since we booked through booking.com -- I wish we knew that as it was a bit overpriced. The thermostat in the room did not seem to work well -- we tried to reduce the A/C so it was a bit warmer, but it did not take.

Great place to stay for business

Renovated rooms Cleanliness even after complaining. Bedsheets were stained and not ironed and were never changed during our 5 nights stay . Room was smelly and no enough ventilation . No room service or housekeeping when needed . Provided very little teabags and sachets of drinks even as a double room , had to call many times to get me a second packet of tea ..

The buffet breakfast is a bit $ for families ($27 including tax) but half price for kids, and the hostess at the restaurant was so kind! The food at breakfast is very good and includes healthy options like salad and sautéed fresh vegetables. There is a bakery just across the parking lot that opens at 8:30 and is a great, Less expensive alternative for daytime meals. Trader Joe’s and casual restaurants are close by. Parking is $15 a day which is just a money grab because they have SOOOO much free space. You can park near the bakery on the street for free. Would do that next time. The beds are fluffy and comfortable. Small children or older adults may have difficulty getting in since the mattress height is high. Room needed minor updates (paint on bathroom ceiling peels since there is no vent). Water takes a long time heat up but the showers are very nice. Overall, if you get a good price, this is a very good hotel for families, groups, business, keeping in mind you will pay extra for most amenities. I highly recommend booking directly through the hotel and not a 3rd party such as Expedia.

The parking with Metro was a nightmare. Better when you could just it Hotel for parking. I do have a question. Stayed there 3 times there was not one outlet that worked to charged electronics by the bed. Why is that?

Location Confortable rooms Good Customer Service

Professional service and the most comfortable bed that I’ve slept in at any hotel

The staff is really good- exactly as you would expect at a Westin property. The toilet in our bathroom overflowed within minutes of our arrival and they arrived immediately to fix it. The room was nice enough. Though, you can tell they are still in the process of converting the hotel from the previous Ramada level to a Westin level.

I was awake almost the whole night, the linens and blankets are obvious recycled. Keep scratching the whole night felt like some foreign germs crawling on me.
