Beautiful beach excellent location. Food was very good. Seth was very helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, but charming.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It needs some improvement, but the fact that it is on the beach it makes it great for families with an indoor and outdoor pool and beach access.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Beach view was amazing but housekeeping was understaffed and pool was closed for a day.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The beach and the staff + parking Very pricy the rooms are really old

The property has a charming character, but it could use some updates and repairs to make it perfect. On the bright side, the beach nearby is wonderful, and all the amenities are fantastic. It’s a lovely place with lots of potential!

The hotel grounds seemed underutilized and run down. There seems to be space to construct a small village of shops - and there are a couple - but nothing like what "could be" at this great location. Another issue is that they kept running out of basic items at the food venues. How can you be unprepared for peak season and not have enough fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. for guests? This was very disappointing. I would have also expected a hotel like this to offer a coffee bar or similar for early risers. Nope. Another irritation was that housekeeping did not refresh the in-room coffee service. Two kurig cups don't cut it for a 5 day stay. The restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. Again, the staff was very good. Bottom line - we had good weather and thus a good time on the beach. I would not return to the SeaCrest.

We loved the easy access to beach and pools last summer. This summer we were surprised by how few staff they had working on the beach. The shortage of pool/beach towels was very frustrating. All food options at the resort close very early including the ice cream shop. Leaving only the arcade open late. The resort has very few lights at night anywhere outside. Overall, this resort could do more. It is clean but staff def could be more helpful and hours of food options/prices was disappointing.

I requested help and none ever came. I paid a higher price for my balcony which zi never had.

One thing to be aware of is that the resort fee and additional taxes were charged separately and were not expected, as they were not clearly covered in the Expedia price we saw when booking. The weather was great during our stay, so we still had a lot of fun. However, the pizza was terrible—don’t even bother trying it! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.

Good family stay and private beach is really nice too experience!

The amenities were another major disappointment. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were extremely overcrowded, making it impossible to relax or enjoy them. We later found out that the hotel sells day passes, which explains why the facilities were packed with people. On top of that, the property appeared poorly maintained and did not meet the standards we expected for the price we paid. Overall, this hotel was not worth the money. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or high-quality experience.

The resort is definitely in need of a refresh! The access to the beach, towel service and pools are great. The stairwells and our room needed a paint job and the bathroom needs to be brought up to date. The pictures made the resort look fresh and clean but the property needs some maintenance. The gym is in a weird spot, above the indoor pool, and had a water leak during our stay. Overall this place could be a 5⭐️with some freshening up. Prices are high for the quality.

    Excellent place for families

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The best part of this party is the location. It's a beautiful beach spot.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Overall good place. Clean. Right on the beach. But mattress too soft. Blinds don’t protect from light, 5am room was so bright, AC unit was disgusting and filthy. Not a place to get good rest , loud music ant pool area until 10:30pm. Room had a weird smell.
