My room was spacious and comfortable and maid service was spot-on great. WiFi was fast and error-free. Overall, I enjoyed a great stay at the Sea Crest Beach Resort. Enjoy!
-
The beach and location are great Restaurant is good but expensive Room was fine but a bit out dated
-
Beach location is somewhat rare for the area with full amenities Lots of kids! Not their fault, it's vacation but at times overwhelming as opposed to smaller boutique hotels we normally stay at but we understand.
-
The location, the water, the service, the various amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool. The poor maintenance hallways and beach. Rooms, hallways need updating One elevator servicing 3 floors with multiple rooms.
-
everything was great. The beach is beautiful. The room was beautiful all the amenities and everybody was so friendly and nice. I had read some of the reviews that were a little negative, but I thought it was Fabulous

The hotel is in need of care, cleaning and maintenance. Location is good, beach and pool were crowded.

Staff was excellent!

Only downside to our stay was that the hot tub was out of order and we were really looking forward to it! Also the room and shower was sandy when we first checked in
-
Our room still had sand on the floor,,, We’ve been going for years and every year the quality goes down but price goes up. Understaffed for sure

The breakfast seemed to be the only good meal we had there and the only meal worth the price. Cleanliness needs work. Food prices are outrageous for what you get. This is our 6th time there and this time it did not meet our expectations. Amenities didn’t open the time they said they would. No waiters on the beach like usual. It just was not great. Unfortunately

Double beds are not queen sized; They are more like twin xL. When you request turn down service, they don’t sweep the floors and any service for extra towels or bathroom toiletries, the staff stand there waiting for gratuity. The indoor pool area has water flies everywhere, especially the shower / toilet / changing area. There are thousands of flies, and that is not an exaggeration. It is poorly ventilated and drained. Food in the resort is mediocre and overpriced. Impossible to call the main line from your phone. If you need anything, use your room phone line. The pros: Ocean / beachfront so no need to pack bags, chairs, towels, umbrellas just to drive through traffic and find parking. Indoor and outdoor pool with a small shallow toddler area.

Would not recommend. The lobby is beautiful and it looks like the rooms directly at the pool are newer, otherwise the “resort” is not well maintained. Thin walls. Heard noises we did not need to hear on our vacation. I would not stay again. Sadly, not worth the money.

Property was extremely dirty as well as the rooms. For $755/night I would expect better accommodations and cleanliness. Also room wasn't ready for check in until after 5:30, check in is at 4. Room was never serviced after bring there 3 days even when asked, absolutely not worth the money.

Check-in took about 20 minutes because there was only one person working the front desk, but she was absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and handled the line like a pro. Our room was on the second floor, oceanfront, and the views were amazing. The balcony was a great place to sit and take it all in. The room itself had high ceilings, was spacious, and most importantly, spotless. Housekeeping came through each day, swept the room and replaced the towels, although they didn't make the beds. Not a big deal at all, but it would have been a nice touch. The pools definitely get crowded, and beach chairs go FAST. There's a fair amount of the classic "put a towel on a chair and disappear for two hours" routine going on, so if you want a good spot, get down there early. The Tavern was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good, prices were surprisingly reasonable for an oceanfront resort, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The crowd might have been my favorite part. 😂 Lots of families and kids and guests from literally every walk of life. You could have a CEO sitting on one side of you and a member of the Hells Angels on the other. The best way I can describe Sea Crest: it's like the Chatham Bars Inn and an Econo Lodge crowd all decided to vacation at the same place—and somehow, it works. 😂 Heads-up: CHECK YOUR BILL. We booked through Expedia, paid the resort fee, but got charged again by resort

I stayed I. The ocean front area! Beautiful very family friendly but also a good mix of solo travelers! Great venue for weddings! ❤️
