I booked two nights, but shortly before my stay, I realized I only needed the second night. I was beyond the cancellation window, and did not want to change my reservation. However, I called the front desk ahead of time to ensure that my room would still be available whenever I arrived. Sure enough, when I got there on the second night I was told that I had been “checked out” earlier that day. I was at least lucky that they had not given away my room yet. But the experience was beyond disappointing.

This is a very nice hotel with some good fast food and dining options in walking distance. Our room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately our stay was disrupted by a room of very loud children next door whose parents opted to hang out downstairs rather than supervise them. The front desk staff did their best to settle the problem but lacking hotel security, was unable to get the situation under control. At this price point ($525 including a $75 pet fee) it was disappointing to have such a poor experience.

Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.
