Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful

We checked out an hour late and got no blowback. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Wouldn’t let locals book there. I work out of town

Shower head had almost no water pressure, do not make the beds, breakfast was horrific, otherwise ok

Looked like the jacuzzi was taped off. The paper bowls were useless. Almost spilled the whole bowl of cereal on myself. Paper bowls not strong enough for a cereal with milk in it.

The hotel is well decorated and generally clean. However, the rooms are quite small (compared to similar hotels elsewhere). Also, the hotel is far from the main city center (but may be closer to other nearby attractions).

The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Check-in was quick. The room was easy to find and we were given adequate direction as to how to get to the room. My only complaint is more of a modern consideration in that the room didn’t have USB connections that have become typical in the last decade. We tend to habitually carry chargers, but on this particular occasion, we just have to forget our USB connection in the clock had been damaged. On the other side, it was very convenient to have a smart television that allow us to connect to Hulu, Netflix, prime, Max and YouTube so we could watch quite literally anything we would’ve watched at home, anytime we wanted to and that more than made up for not having chargers. It’s proximity to the shops and restaurants makes it a definite revisit when we go to Farmington next. Oh, and the fridge had a lot of space too.

Surrounded by retail and fast food chains. Noisy outside and congested. Air conditioning was loud and had a rattle . Not the sound sleep I was looking for.
