Breakfast was excellent! The variety was a nice bonus. We wish our room had a small microwave.

The staff were really helpful but hard to find -- front desk was almost always empty with no way to find staff. Also, the hotel WiFi was incredibly slow (2-3 Mbps) the day I checked in -- they said they would "put in a work order" the first day I was there and every other time I talked to staff, but when I left 3 days later it was exactly the samr -- had to use my phone for WiFi the whole time I was there -- not great for a business hotel. Breakfast was extensive and good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful hotel. My family enjoyed their stay.

It was close to Station Park walking distance for shopping and close to Restaurants too. Checking in you have to get in the elevator and go to the next floor.It would more convenient walking straight in the lobby and getting checked-in Instead of having to get in a elevator.And parking spots to park are very little and narrow.I had to park far far away so my vehicle wouldn't be super close to others

Beautiful property, albeit in a rather unique location - the anchor of a shopping mall. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The common areas were also large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay, standard hotel fare. Navigating the parking lot was a small challenge as the hotel competes with surrounding mall traffic to some degree. Given the location, there were plenty of food options close by, but few that I would rate as upscale. Overall it was a good experience.

Friendly staff and great location - easy to get to the highway and plenty of restaurant options nearby.

We have stayed here several times and have had a great experience. This last stay we had a strong odor in our bathroom coming from the sink area. Staff came to review and suggested we spray something to cover up the smell. We asked for another room. We were originally told they had one but then they called and said they could not help. They did offer a $50 credit (we did not receive) but were unable to get rid of the smell. Very disappointing handling of our concerns. We left the next morning, ending our stay early as the smell was too bad. We will not stay here again.

Like always. The pool/hot-tub should be open later for those guests getting back late and want to soak.

The hotel is located in a great location with quite a few restaurants and shops to look around. There is even a movie cinema to spend time at. The pool was a great place to relax with the family. The buffet breakfast wasn't the best with hard waffles and crusty scrambled eggs. The only issue I had was being double charged, first through Expedia then again at the hotel. When I inquired about the charges, I was directed to Expedia. They refunded the charges but the the hotel increased what they charged me at check in.

Everything was amazing, but someone did vandalism my car which kinda suck but easily came off. But other than that it was the perfect hotel to stay

The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!
