Super nice

This property is immaculate! Rooms are spacious, well appointed and have no carpeting which is a plus for us. Staff is so helpful especially the young lady who checked us in. Excellent location near walking and biking trails.

Excellent!

Very clean! Room was absolutely spotless, staff was so friendly and helpful, location was great! Great resturants close by, and just enough away from the university, traffic was EASY!

Nothing to write about

Clean and comfortable room, and staff was constantly welcoming. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. 100/10 would stay here again.

Staff was nice and amenities was great as well as the breakfast.

Hot tub is always down and always around a big event.

Exceptional

The front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! And our room -and I'm immune compromised - was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! The breakfast was less than for a Hyatt. The bagels weren't warm, and there was no toaster. The waffles tasted like Walmart brand. And there weren't enough boiled eggs. I didn't eat the yogurt because it was curdled.

Mostly a nice property, but this stay was not as enjoyable as previous stays. As soon as I entered my room, a heavy smell of what seemed to be human body odor was apparent. The linens did not smell fresh either. I expected better from a hotel that costs more than comparable properties in the area.

Staff is friendly, everything is clean and well taken care of, good location, good pricing. Always quiet when I stay here. Highly recommended

Will definitely never stay here again. Got stuck in the elevator for over an hour and a half. The hotel called the chief engineer and after waiting for him to get there and another 30 minutes for him to finally say “I dont know what to do “ I had to call 911 because the hotel only will if you are having a medical emergency.

We didn’t go down to breakfast until 9:45 when it ends at 10 and there was still plenty of food. Breakfast options were good. Sausage, eggs, and potatoes and then the regular continental breakfast style foods. Try the little chocolate doughnut things because they were soft inside and delicious for something sweet. The hotel is in a great location, easy to get in and out of, safe area, but not stacked on top of something else. Anytime I come to Fayetteville I’ll probably choose to stay here again.

The room was fine. Staff was great. Pool was great. Amenities were great.

Breakfast was free but not good or maintained well. Given a disability room. Nice except shower flooded the bathroom no matter what.

This hotel was very nice and put together well. I only needed the room for one night so I did not use any of the things they offered. The staff were nice and the room was clean and quiet.
