Hampton Inn Atlanta/Fayetteville

Helpful staff and a great room in a great condition. Would stay a this Hampton Inn again.

Breakfast is ok

The room was clean although the bathroom could have been better cleaned (bench in shower dirty).

Free parking, easy access to hotel. Conveniently located to local attractions. Room was comfortable and well appointed. All was clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. Everything in the room was in good working order. No complaints. All was as expected and as represented on the website. All was great.

Normally our stay is really good, this time the room cleanliness was not there. One of the pillow cases looked like it had mold. We removed it

Location was nice for us. The air conditioning was ok, sometimes too cold. Difficulty getting it set where we felt comfortable. Bed was ok, a bit hard. Pillows were hard. We brought some of our own to use.

Manger very uncooperative. Several encounters our room rate was 130 for 1 night was supposed to be for 2 night some how the second night did not get book properly. So at check end we said 2 nights not 1 night. We weee told that one night would be for $203?? The next morning at 6:45 out our front window major noises construction started. We refused the 203. Bottom line we packed up and move to another hotel for the second night. We will never stay at that Inn again Very uncooperative. Disappointed

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was supplied with toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion. The breakfast was very good and a lot of options. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
