Extended Stay America Select Suites Fayetteville Owen Dr

Hotel was just ok. Could use a regular exterminator visit, other than that room was fine. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Friendlu staff willing to help Lack of wash cloths and pillows

Very good

Exceptional

The price The room had roaches the carpet was dirty the floors were dirty and sticky the microwave was dirty and there were bedbugs

I understand that they have very fair rates, but there were too many issues here. There were flies and cockroaches in my room ( I had to kill over a dozen flies and didn’t get them all and two cockroaches in the bathroom). The toilet didn’t flush and nobody is there to help with anything. The staff was rude at the direction of the manager (so I was told) and checking in was a hassle that took way too long. All of this only to be given a room where the blinds were broken, flies were everywhere in the room, cockroaches were roaming in the bathroom, the floors turned my socks black on the bottom, there wasn’t even a trashcan int he room and they tried to implement a $250 fine for smoking OUTSIDE of the room because we were still “on the property”. Their standards are very, very low with cleanliness and customer service. Staying here was not worth the couple extra bucks saved for one of the many other affordable locations in town. Never again.

Great staff easy going people

Room was poor in kept condition , curtain was down was I check in room floor was mildew wet dampened , couldn’t recieve bath resources not enough poor experience ! Last visit ! Recommend no one go there unless you just tired the bed was ok but 2 pillows all pillows wasn’t available, oh if you love coffee no coffee maker internet connection poor !

Bad

Nothing, filthy!!!! Trash everywhere in room, under the bed was dirty, trash under mattress. Horrible smell in room, changed room 2x with the same issues....left and got another hotel. TV was broken, no towels.....HORRIBLE

Gotta do better with GCS definitely as a manager

The location is great, the staff were nice and was able to assist me with my concerns. None.

The location and price Bugs if put anything on the counter they appeared

I have so much to say about this whole staff and hotel

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was extremely hot. The air conditioning offered no relief.

The smell was very, very bad. My allergies kicked in so bad never had a problem before. Like that, my eyes started getting watery my nose was stuffy literally was feeling extremely bad being that I was tired, didn't want to drive back homeI had my husband go to the store and get me allergy pill. my clothes and everything smelled very bad. When I left that room, For an extra 30 dollars i'm staying a STUDIO RES ..10 ********** by far the best
