Had roaches in the room and they got in my luggage.someone came in the room next to me bout 3a dogs barking for the rest of the morning couldn't sleep had to go get in my car and try to sleep.room down stairs was so stank smelled like someone died in it.just horrible will never stay there again was trying to get refunded but no one answeres the phone at the front desk

Convenient Not the best people in surrounding area

The carpet and microwave

Thinking back I may have given a few too many stars. The room looked clean but smelled of smoke. I found a burnt blunt in the bathroom. The property was dirty and not kept up. No issues checking in/out.

Over booked could not stay

The room was nasty. Carpet torn and stained. Fridge doesn't work. Roaches. Floor is actually sticky. No veterans discount. No one available in the lobby, and no answer on the "courtesy phone ". Room smells like somebody's armpit, drug users in hallways.

Nothing at all!! Everything, it was nasty, dirty and unsanitary.

Location good. No breakfast The property needs a major cleaning up. Rooms smelled like smoke, when we were told no smoking in rooms. No shower curtain.

Had emergency and couldn't transfer dates.

Kitchen All but 2 of my lights in my room did not work

The bathtub needs to be replaced. It was feeling like it cracked and seal painted over that area.

When I got there, the room was not ready. I came back and they told me they to handle people to do do the rooms so I end up counseling my reservation and I will never go back to that hotel again and I went out to the Family friends about that hotel, cause they did not have this stuff in order and I drove all that way and had to go to another hotel because they didn’t have the rooms ready and now it’s not good business and the school I get them as a zero for bad, When I got there, rooms were right was not ready. I came back. The manager told me the room still wasn’t reading. They didn’t have enough people to clean the rooms and I get them a bad rating. I get them a zero and end up getting another hotel and I will never come to that hotel again and I will never tell none of my family friends by anybody about our hotel the way did not get y’all into zero and I will never come back to your hotel again y’all need to close that hotel down if you don’t need to treat you with the upmost respect

apologize for the late review, but I wanted to share my experience. I arrived at the Extended Stay on July 2. From the moment I checked in, Yolanda at the front desk provided outstanding customer service. Before assigning me my room, she personally went to inspect it to make sure everything was in order. During her inspection, she noticed the room did not have a microwave. She came back, informed me of the issue, and explained that I would have to wait until the following day when the manager, Janice, arrived. The next morning, July 3, I spoke with Janice about getting a microwave. She assured me that one would be delivered before the end of the day. When I returned that evening, Yolanda greeted me and asked if I had been back to my room yet. After going upstairs, I found that the microwave had been delivered. In addition, the staff had provided the extra blanket I requested and left clean towels in the room. I have to give credit where it's due—the staff did everything they could to accommodate me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Yolanda and Janice were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving my concerns. I truly appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself was very disappointing. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The carpet had a strong odor that smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with an unpleasant foul smell. I ended up buying carpet freshener and Febreze just to make the room tolerable. I also felt sorry for the staff, who had to explain to guests that the property was transitioning from corporate ownership to a franchise. From what I observed, it seemed the new ownership is not maintaining the property to an acceptable standard. The grounds could also use significant improvement. Roaches crawling on walls, cabinets look like there was water damage! For the price I paid, I expected something more decent than what I walked into! Never again!!!

Bugs dirty carpet

The staff was rude and made me and my husband to wait 4 or more hours! Also the TV or the remote NEVER worked and when we finally got into our room the bed had no blankets or comforter and it needed vacuuming and there was still trash in the trash cans!

Love the staff! Friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms need to updated. No cookware available in the kitchenette, no microwave or silverware etc. Carpet needs to be updated, walls need to be painted.
