The staff was rude and made me and my husband to wait 4 or more hours! Also the TV or the remote NEVER worked and when we finally got into our room the bed had no blankets or comforter and it needed vacuuming and there was still trash in the trash cans!

No breakfast offered. Did not stay at this unsafe location. Rate was not commiserate with expectations. The location and the type of guests and the poor customer service of Booking.com. They had me on hold for 2 hours before I finally hung up and when I called back the next person hung up on me instead of trying to deescalate the situation. Rude, rude, rude! Never book through them again!

Comfortable bed Nothing

The place was close to where we would need to be. It was pet friendly had a place where I can walk my dog. Saw a roach in the office the staff was amazing except for the manager. We’ve stayed there multiple times and she accused us of smoking in the room on a previous stay on the third floor and we have never once stayed on the third floor. Our room had one towel we asked for a couple more cause we were staying two nights and would both like to take a shower and she charged us five dollars need a new manager.

The location is nice, there’s a small pond with ducks and geese that we can go watch if we’re bored of staying inside. There’s a little area where people can walk their dogs and there are several poo-bag stations, which are always stocked up. There’s always access to the front office, there’s a vending machine with stocked cold drinks. Full sized fridge, two burners, plenty of outlets, nice closet/storage space, and the AC works great, stays nice and cold through the night. The manager is very nice, and one of the staff goes above and beyond for us clients and his name is Christopher. Please acknowledge him and give him the praise he deserves as he’s so kind and helpful!

Nothing The room was dirty there was holes in the carpet the bathroom floors felt like they were about to fall. Smelt weed from the room next door

Nothing It was dirty as crap the staff was rude and not customer based and when you go to make a reservation with them they tell you to do it on line and it’s not worth staying for that much money

Clean room, great staff. Neighbors could be ignored, they were definitely a little noisy but not at inappropriate times.

People were all rude, the check-in man took us to look at 3-4 different rooms after he said we looked to “rich & good to be staying there” and ALL the rooms he took us to already had people in them… but they wasn’t signed on the paper- so he was walking in on other people… a rude lady yelled in my face.. and we just left..

I did not like anything when you make a reservation it does not mean that your rumors ready you have to call somebody on the phone that's outside for them to come to the lobby they didn't come to the lobby until 40 minutes later the room had no TV no clock no phone and they have roaches the room was not stocked with any essentials

Staff was pleasant, but had to call for a remote and then it still disnt work. Would never stay
