The staff was nice The room felt unclean and very dated. The carpet was filthy and the shower needs to be revamped.

Staff was very nice, reception and kitchen staff Room smelled awful, like a wet dirty mop.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Elevator broken and on the 4th floor. No attempt to move lower. 80 year old friend who is also somewhat crippled was told tough cookies but did eventually get moved to another hotel. The bathroom was pretty shabby. The shower curtain was coming loose. The sink stopper didn't work. General appearance was sloppy with poor caulking and the door was in bad shape. Bad impression.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, breakfast is good, and parking area safe. Well recommended! Will stay again!

Elevator keeps breaking down.

The staff was outstanding and was able to help and answer a lot of questions. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Location Elevators weren’t working

Even though Expedia knew that the hotel elevator was broken, Expedia failed to notify us that the hotel elevator was broke down and unavailable. Only rooms available were 3rd & 4th floor. My wife recently had a full knee replacement and we couldn’t use their facility. We need a full refund of our money.

Parking was the only thing whee there was a slight issue with me.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked through Expedia expecting a basic, comfortable stay, but we encountered serious problems from the moment we arrived. The elevator was out of service. My fiancé and I are both disabled, making the stairs particularly difficult. What was especially frustrating was seeing the hotel accommodate other guests struggling with the stairs while we were not offered meaningful assistance. Because of the cancellation policy, we felt trapped and unable to leave without losing our money. We were assigned Room 405, which had a strong musty, wet smell. Around 11:00 PM, while we were playing games, I moved a chair from the corner and discovered roaches. We immediately called the front desk, but no one answered. Because of our disabilities and the broken elevator, we were not willing to struggle up and down several flights of stairs in the middle of the night. We dealt with the roaches we could see and placed our belongings in trash bags to protect them. Then we went to bed, only to discover that the sheets were damp and remained damp throughout the night. A broken elevator, inadequate assistance, a musty room, roaches, an unreachable front desk, and damp bedding made this stay completely unacceptable. Maybe this was an isolated incident, but paying for a hotel room should mean receiving a clean, safe, accessible, and properly maintained room. We will never stay here again

The elevator was broken, and they gave me a fifth floor room anyway. It wasn’t busy, there had to be a lower floor room available but they had me haul all my luggage up four flights of stairs anyway.

My stay was awesome they have a good staff over there they really go out of their way for you especially the two Karen's Jackie and also they had a happy hour so it was a different Holiday inn Express it was very nice I had no problem in there the gentleman is served the food results so nice I'd recommend this hotel again
