The pool was to small. and only one small umbrella no one could share Iwas very disappointed

I was given the incorrect room There was sand in the bed Asked for pillows for the sofa bed none was given

The location In one of our rooms, the bath tub drain was clogged and the shower leaked. A room change was made.

I had a slight issue in the room but it was cleared up, they moved us with no problems Na

Clean room, but only 1 towel to dry after a shower is not enough with NC weather.

It was an amazing location , near everything food places . Walmart ,very convenient the pools worked The elevator was hot

Decent Breakfast.. One of the managers was a little rude at the front desk..

I like that the restaurant and bar is open till 10pm.

The breakfast staff had a bad attitude with me when I tried to get food at the buffet that I paid for along with my room. The food was terrible and they had only a few items when the menu included more options. Very disappointing.

Yes parking was easy. I loved the suite layout.

The location was convenient. The breakfast wasn’t included as the booking stated and I had to pay for the breakfast about $20 after tip when I went to eat even though the booking stated that the breakfast was included and the associate at the front desk told me it was when I checked in the previous night . I asked the associate in the eat area she told me I had to pay but didn’t tell anyone else . I also brought it to the associates attention at the front desk in the morning she told me it’s not included and I shouldn’t book with booking or third party websites. She completely disregarded my complaint even when I showed her that it shows as breakfast was included on booking . They both were nonchalant about it and wasn’t understanding . Also the lady acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying and the pool was extremely small and a weird man was trying to get into my room . I’m not satisfied

FYI - alot of family stayed at this hitel because we were in town for my aunt funeral.
