Great stay amazing staff super helpful and friendly!!

Completely disappointed..when we arrived the system was down so no room keys, the elevator was not working, the extra pillow and bedding they offered for the sofa bed smelled like some had passed gas on them and the fitted sheet on one of the beds had a stain. The bathroom door was impossible to properly close unless you force it loudly. On top of all that, you can hear the people above you walk. The guest on top of us was jumping and walking unnecessarily loud and when we called and complain at 10pm I guess they decided they were going to continue to make noise until midnight just for the hell of it. We barely got rest for our commute to NY. The hotel is not a bad looking hotel but they need to work on housekeeping and do something about the noise. I can excuse the system being down, but not trusting if what I am using to dry myself or lay down on is clean is a non negotiable!!!

Attention de ne rien laisser dans vos voitures. Il y avait des traces de mains et de fronts sur mes vitres d'auto. Quelqu'un a clairement regardé s'il y avait des choses à voler. Il y a des pancartes qui avertissent que l'établissement n'est pas responsable...

Everything was well maintained except there were issues with the elevator.

Room was clean and very spacious. Love the amenities and location. Will definitely stay again in future. Beds are comfy and breakfast is good!

Really good hotel, great room, with well appointed amenities. The pillows were the only downfall; next time I’m in Fayetteville I might travel with my own pillow.

Excellent property! Our stay was a blessing in every way!

The room had a musty smell, checking in. I was standing there waiting with no staff member for almost 20 minutes. I was not able to get on their Wi-Fi and was told it was down. Would never stay there again.

Tv had no channels available. Lots of construction guests so chunks of mud in elevators and halls.

The hotel was great the only complaint I have is the Breakfast set up is a bit chaotic and the eggs ran out at around 9:30 and they didn’t make any more

Convenient location just off the highway, rooms are amazing with kitchen, dining table, sofa, nice walk in shower and comfortable beds! Fantastic breakfast included. But the best thing about it is the friendly, accommodating staff. We felt welcomed at every moment by the reception, housekeeping, dining staff. They are very service oriented! Will return with pleasure! Can’t think of anything!

Breakfast had a nice variety, better than some other hotels. Only some of the sausages and eggs were very cold. Love that a coffee station is available all day. The staff was helpful and prompt. Location of the hotel was just far enough out of town to give you a comfortable quiet experience while being close enough to get wherever you want in Fayetteville in 15 minutes or less. The room was very clean, and smelt fresh. Loved the layout of the room! The pool obviously hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. You could write your initials in the scum around the pool. The first day we swam my kids eyes turned blood red, but the second day was less toxic. The toilet paper provided in the room was like using gift bag tissue.
