The room was OK. The only negative was an opened bag of shredded cheese left in the mini fridge from a prior guest. However if that was missed by room service it makes you question whether they missed anything else. The lady that ran the breakfast was attentive and very friendly.

We loved the large comfortable bed, the shower was step in with doors and a handle for assistance.plenty of lighting. We were unable to use the pool due to repairs. The room was missing a pen or note pad but nothing major.

They had a good breakfast going bad thing one of the elevators the fourth floor button you had to play with sometimes to get it to work

I’m not really sure I can put in writing how amazing this experience was. My husband and I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday morning. Friday we had to cut our water off due to a busted pipe. After working all week, tired, frustrated , and preparing to fix the water leak Saturday we decided to get a room ,have a hot shower ,and rest. I arrived at the hotel and the man was so friendly and informative; which was refreshing considering I literally hung up on the man that answered at the Hampton Inn in Pulaski TN he was so rude. I got to the room it was clean and cozy. I sat on the end of the bed and watched the sunset and wow was it breath taking ! Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff was friendly and that is what I call a great hotel !

They don't clean the rooms at all. You have to request for housekeeping to clean the rooms. When i brought it to their attention, all they dis was start blaming each other as to why it wasn't done. Mine you i called the front desk to see why our room wasn't clean they told me it would be cleaned the next day. That was a lie. The charge you over 100 per night. The breakfast is horrible.
