Silver Reef Casino Resort

We had a great stay at Silver Reef. The front desk staff were very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Parking was easy, and the location is very convenient to the highway and Bellingham. We toured the facilities and everything looked clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay again!

I arrived late in the day and need a bite to eat. There were no restaurants or cafes close by. I asked if the hotel had a restaurant. I was told that there were only 2 open that day. The pizza restaurant was recommended. To call it a restaurant would be an overstatement. It was more like a stall you would find in a food court. The pizzas were pre-made. They didn’t seem capable of making a custom one. I ordered a couple of slices of the cheese pizza. It was mediocre. The crust tasted like cardboard. Fortunately, the cafe next door (also a stall) offered salads and very decent cookies. Do not expect much from this hotel in the way of food services. Enjoy the comfortable room.

Pillows all sucked tossed and turned all night when I complained during checkout I was informed I could have called and asked for a foam one good to know for next time 🙄

Dark rooms, staff not friendly

Only thing we didn’t like was the pizza … crust was like cardboard and the ingredients very sparse :/

The hotel was beautiful. The casino was great wide variety of restaurants and the pool in the hot tub were really good. Also, nice beds too.

Found a hair on my towel. Room felt a little outdated

The air conditioner in the room quit working mid night and made a horrible sound the rest of the night . Let the front desk know and they said facility would look at it in the morning . The food was not very good and overpriced a sandwich and a burger and two drinks was 75 ! At a casino ! I didn’t win anything at the table games or the slots . I

Hotel Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Need to get reservations for the nicer restaurants in the Casino

We had an executive suite on the 6th floor, and the windows have never been washed on the outside of the suite. For a property that makes that kind of money, there is no excuse for not doing so!

Way to hot all night very uncomfortable.

Nice clean rooms. Nice restaurants and nice staff. The only Neg was the sketchy WiFi. There was WiFi, but you always have to reset it.

I did not realize that the smell of the casino smoke would be throughout the whole hotel except the rooms. It was faint, but still there even on the 4th floor. The staff were polite, the room was very quiet and dark. The beds were soft. The bathroom had lots of hair on the floor. The remainder of the room was clean.

I have stayed here multiple times. My daughter attends the nearby college so it’s very convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained, showers are great, and the restaurants have good food. Unfortunately the employees at the front desk seem to really dislike their jobs. Every time I come in I feel like I’m bothering them to check in or ask a question. I asked if we could check out 30 minutes late, and was told I’d pay $20 if we were even 5 minutes late. The conversation wasn’t friendly, and the woman at the desk acted annoyed that I’d even asked. We did not do late check out. When I opened our room door to leave at 10:55am, there was a woman with a clip board standing outside of our room. It appeared that she was waiting for us to leave late or something. She was also quite rude. We may return for the convenience, but I’ll look elsewhere first. If Silver Reef wants customers to come and spend their money there, they should teach their staff about hospitality and customer service.

Parking if you have a camper is a 10 minute walk through the whole casino...not great
