I loved this casino. Soft sheets, quiet, plenty of parking. I enjoyed the pool. The staff was amazing. It was such a relaxing stay. I’m definitely am coming back.

Had an issue with the toilet, staff cleaned up, only issue that I had was I cleaned up the bathroom floor. Caused by the toilet water.

No matter how often you stay there are no discounts. No free play. No anything. I got a gift card for Christmas last year. I went to pay and they never loaded the card it was purchased at there gift shop with credit card and we had the receipt. It took 4 hours for them to figure it out. The hotel manager was rude and clearly bothered by the situation. In the end they figured out the employee simply didn't load the money on the card. I never received an apology or offered anything for my wasted 4 hours and stress of being accused of lying for 4 hours.

The hotel was nice. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable.. The only complaint we had was the pillows were terrible..Dining options limited during the week.

The property is showing signs of aging in the common areas/ high traffic areas around the elevator. Only one elevator was operational. Carpeting seemed worn and not vacuumed. The bathtub in our room could only operate as a shower. TV channels are limited. Appreciated the larger size mini fridge !

Beautiful Room, easy access to casino

PROS- Grounds well kept very pretty. The Casino is roomy and smoke free and clean. The family Cafe restaurant has a lot of food options, has very nice decor, and is very well staffed. Definitely recommend. Parking is easy and plentiful. Cons: They have a pool, but it is very small, so 3 adults, 4 kids in the pool and it's crowded already. I wanted to swim for exercise, but it clearly wasn't made for that. My only other issue was no real glasses for drinks in the room. If you don't mind drinking out of paper cups,... not an issue for you. I actually went out and bought a glass for my White Russian drink. The bed was too soft for my husband's back, but okay for me. I would give this place 4 stars.

Lots of parking, beautiful landscape, great & friendly staff, very clean rooms, great restaurants and a large full range casino.

Clean room, quiet and a good night’s sleep.

The room my wife and I stayed at had a couple of issues. The AC unit in the room above us was leaking so when used, we would hear water dripping outside our window every night which kept us awake most of the night. The staff did what they could to resolve the issue. The Lenovo tablet inside our room which provides information about the resort never worked. Overall, the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were nice and helpful.

This is a beautiful casino! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are very nice! We’ve been twice so far and will be returning often!

We often stay at the Silver Reef. In all the visits I have never been unhappy with the resort. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The casino has always been very well maintained.
