Property is beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great time staying there. Casino was tons of fun too!

So the room was superclean. All of the staff were really nice and they gave me a room away from the elevator, which was nice, but the bed was lumpy and too soft and the pillows were not supportive at all, so it was as if you had no pillow. We did not get good sleep for 2 nights because of it and woke up with sore necks. The coffee maker made cold coffee so I had to get some from the first floor already made. The fridge was set on 2 and I didn't know it so my milk was maybe luke warm in the morning and I had to call for directions for the air conditioner, not knowing you use the thermostat instead of the machine itself. And last of all the link to the the self check out that they texted me to click on did not work so I had to go to the desk to do that. 3 stars might be generous with all of that going on.

Very clean and comfortable room. All the staff in the hotel and casino were wonderful.

I like the South tower as it has bath tubs! It is very quiet when you choose the end of the hall units.

Beware. Just because it says there is a 24/7 front desk doesn't mean that you can check in anytime. Even though you will receive an email that says checkin is anytime after 4pm and nothing about a cutoff. Also you can check in online and they will still cancel your room if you aren't there by the cutoff which is not a set time. It's sometime between 2am-3am usually from what it sounds like. We were traveling and had a late flight into Seattle. I booked this hotel because of the proximity to Canada, the 24/7 front desk and the fact that it was a casino. The casino is not open 24/7. The front desk canceled our room before we got there. We had to pay a different rate and were charged a no show fee. I even checked in online and it said my key was ready at the front desk.

I loved this casino. Soft sheets, quiet, plenty of parking. I enjoyed the pool. The staff was amazing. It was such a relaxing stay. I’m definitely am coming back.

Had an issue with the toilet, staff cleaned up, only issue that I had was I cleaned up the bathroom floor. Caused by the toilet water.

No matter how often you stay there are no discounts. No free play. No anything. I got a gift card for Christmas last year. I went to pay and they never loaded the card it was purchased at there gift shop with credit card and we had the receipt. It took 4 hours for them to figure it out. The hotel manager was rude and clearly bothered by the situation. In the end they figured out the employee simply didn't load the money on the card. I never received an apology or offered anything for my wasted 4 hours and stress of being accused of lying for 4 hours.
