Everything was very nice except the Dish Network was down all week

Had to be moved the first night as the A/C was inoperable in the room. Cable was out the entirety of the visit. The tub in the second room I was assigned would not drain. I checked out early and moved to a Marriott property over 30 minutes away.

The rooms were clean and friendly staff. On the first floor the bathtubs are fall hazards due to the bathtub is slanted in which almost caused me to fall twice and the water after draining stayed in the middle of the bathtub. The tub mate did not work to help prevent me from possibly falling. We stayed in Room 104 which is a handicap room and u would think they would not put a handicapped person in a room with a defected bathtub. After complaining to the manager, they did move us to another handicap room that was on the third floor that had a bathtub that was not a fall hazard. It was much safer to get in and out of. But unfortunately, it took us filing a complaint with the manager in order for us be put in a proper room with a proper bathtub and we were not told when we checked in about the condition of the bathtub in the bathroom.

Stay was great with the exception of TV. Could not get Netflix and live TV (which we hate) channels were extremely limited. Hope this is resolved should we decide to stay again.

I specifically reserved/paid more for a King Suite room. When I got there they gave me a twin suite room. Night manager said you booked through a third-party and this is all we have. AC did not work. Cable did not work.

Good location. The room was clean and were happy to see you. The pool was closed on labor day weekend. The tv only had 4 stations. It would be nice to get some money back!

It was not worth the money I spent on the room. Room smelled, carpet was stained, dirty, also smelled, breakfast was terrible, scramble eggs were sitting in water, kielbasa is not breakfast food plus being boiled or microwaved they looked bad (breakfast sausage, bacon, etc), not what I expected for the cost of the room. Pool was closed, broke and part was not available. We as costumers should be compensated for the lack of amenities we are paying for. Only bright thing was the staff, especially the afternoon shift.

Great location, awesome pool, clean rooms. The lady doing the breakfast buffet was completely out of line and rude about people leaving the breakfast tray open, throwing a fit.

Love this place. Best hotel in Fernley. Not many options, but this is the place to choose. Clean & big rooms, comfortable beds with comfy sheets, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast for a hotel.

The worm was clean. There were just a few sections that could have been repaired such as the shower/bathtub, but overall a great stay!

The curve in the bottom of the bathtub is really hard to stand on. Also, the bathroom lighting and fan is poor. The sheets were really nice! The girl at the check in desk was okay but not very welcoming or friendly.
