They claimed the faucets were hard to turn on but I almost broke it trying to make it work. Holes and stains on all the sheets also. Do not recommend

The air conditioning didn't work in our room. Breakfast was pretty limited. Didn't instill confidence in the hearts of those with whom I was traveling.

Clean bedding and towels. The place is run down.

Everything, never a disappointment, each time I have ever stayed, that's why I keep them as a reference

We were very disappointed We booked non smoking room, but gave us smoking. When we open the room, it smelled bad, so we had to complain at the front desk, then the ladies their were not that helpful coz they said no more available rooms, then there was a guy there who helped and gave us another room, which also smells cigarettes, it was not bad as the first one but still the smoke smell were still in the room. We were tired already coz we came in late evening from driving so we had to just stayed. Bed Sheets had holes burned from cigarettes, but still they had to used them for that room. Towels did not have fresh smells. Trash can in the breakfast room was very dirty. Looked like it was not cleaned for how many weeks. Ladies in the front desk were not friendly. We are sorry that we are not going back to that place. We were in this property 2 yrs ago but this time it was not a good experience.

Breakfast area was kind of lacking. But over all okay.

The room wasn't handicap,husband had hard time using bathroom wheelchair didn't fit in bathroom

That the waffle maker and toaster didn't work and the staff at the time didn't even try to fix it and when asked for some milk was ignored

sitting hotel room they also refuse to refund me on Saturday

Room 217 AC unit makes a loud whistling noise all the night or day. I called front desk and I was told someone is coming to look at it and that individual never showed up.
