We checked in around 10:30 PM. About an hour later, a man was outside our room yelling, hanging around our door, and trying to get into the room. We immediately went to the front desk and explained that we did not feel safe staying there. We packed our belongings and left the hotel right away. The next morning, I contacted the hotel again. Management told me that they reviewed the security camera footage and confirmed that the video showed the man trying to get into our room. Despite confirming what happened, they still refused to give us a refund because they said we had been in the room for more than 15 minutes. This was not a situation where we simply changed our minds about staying. We left because we genuinely did not feel safe, and the hotel itself confirmed the incident on its security footage. I find it unacceptable that a hotel can confirm a serious safety incident happened outside a guest’s room and still refuse to take responsibility or refund the stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone concerned about safety and how management handles serious incidents.

Super dated furniture, plastic tub patched with fiberglass, extremely dirty sink counter, dirty walls. Towels and washcloths great. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

not sure if area is dicey or just had bad customers. People talking outside at all hours (like 3AM and 5AM).... close to a few restaurants, so that's good.....

Convenient location for us The 60 cash you had to leave at check in and remember to pick up when you check out! If you forgot, you were out 60 and I think they are hoping you do.

Nothing Filthy, nasty oder in room, didn't feel safe, electrical code violations, smoke detector had a dead battery, People working on cars in parking lot, and the Toilet wasn't even bolted down. DO NOT STAY HERE. Booking needs to take this one off they're list

Place was garbage! Receptionist was nice. Room stunk!! Was loud all night long with people partying and barbecuing until 5am!! Felt very unsafe. Felt like someone was gonna get shot or me. Didn't sleep at all! Only positive was there was room to park my truck and trailer.

The shower head sucks it needs more pressure. It could use some upgrades for sure.

The price for sure! We got a king size no smoking room and the bed has got to be a cali king it was amazing to be able to toss and turn with a 2 yr old in bed with u. The shower head sucks it needs more pressure. It could use some upgrades for sure.
