clean room and friendly staff. Very nice hotel!

For an off season resort PKnPK was a pleasant surprise. Staff tries very hard and the rates are reasonable. Bistro 210 was a good value. But the building and immediate grounds are looking long in the tooth. Ivy grows over windows and overgrown grass clutters the bushes around the Inn. The boardwalk is dangerous to walk on as boards have warped and stick up. There is also a large blue tarp covering the roof. It looks like maintaining and upkeep has been delayed too long at the PKnPK.

But I was very surprised to see that a Wyndham property did not hv an elevator in the lodge. I hv serious back issues ( I was in an adaptive room on the first floor which allowed me to enter/exit without needing to use stairs. However, getting to the pools & spa required climbing steeps sets of stairs ( I actually slipped coming down.) There shld be an elevator in that area, Also surprising, was that there was no safe in the room - requiring me to take and carry my laptop and all my money/charge cards w me whenever I left the room. (Signs say to secure valuables- they r not responsible for them.) Also, wld hv appreciated tea bags (not just coffee pods as I don’t drink coffee. A couple of hooks (near sink) on which to hang wet hand towel/wash cloth and another to hang a robe wld hv been nice.

We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you.

We came to use the outdoor pool and we surprised to find it had an outdoor bar and grill also! It felt more like a resort outside than we were expecting!

The room was beautiful. The on site restaurant for our dinner, and the next morning’s breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy check in and out. The outdoor hot tub had teens with water guns, and they weren’t being monitored by staff, or their parents. We felt like we couldn’t utilize the hot tub because the teens were being careless in such a small space. Staff or cameras should be in that specific area.

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful.loved the room with hot tub fireplace and balcony with sliding glass door was awesome

Check in was great, the staff was friendly and professional! The room was clean and a great space to relax.

Nothing was open. We were there on a Saturday night. Restaurant was open, but wasn’t open pool was closed. We can use the gym because he had to walk through the pool. They did give me my resort fee back.

If you have ever skied before, this will be a huge disappointment. I'm not even sure I can call the slopes "hills", much less a "peak" Thankfully we visited off-season with the goal of staying someplace unusual and visiting Erie. We didn't use the pool/hot tub, nor the paintball course. It wasn't clear to us if the mini golf course was open. They did have a chairlift running and we saw one person using the ropes course. The onsite restaurant is aptly called the Bistro, with pretty limited, pretty average food. They seemed slightly overwhelmed, but they were dealing with a wedding rehearsal dinner while we were there. It's pretty quiet and adequately clean, if a bit worn. Also note that there is no elevator, but there are only two floors.

Pool. Golf course. Food. Fire pits. Outdoor pool smelled like vomit. Indoor rec center is falling apart. Hotel room was very musty and had a strange odor.

Old facility, still has charm but needs total commitment to rehab to glory days or let it go

Location was close to wedding venue. Friendly staff. Looks like our room was recently renovated. Had a vintage look. Check in time at 4:00 is later than most hotels. No elevators!
