Hotel room was nice and comfortable but 3 of the attractions in the water park were closed. Would be nice to know in advance or at least provide some type of refund.

Excellent service, clean room, bathroom. Good recreation area. Good attitude from employees. Very happy to be there. My family enjoyed.

Not sure how but I booked the room through a third-party checked into the hotel without problems and paid the deposit left the hotel notice my bank statement they charge me for the whole room held $250 and now I have to wait for the refund

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was so cute and inviting. The waterpark was very busy, but I enjoyed the lazy river very much. The only thing I can say negative is there should be more handicapped parking.

If you have kids that go to bed early then you definitely want to make sure that you don’t get a room that over looks the lobby area and the same thing goes for the people that have kids that like to sleep in. Is it loud until 11pm and then in the morning it’s loud again at 7am. Other than that it’s was a great experience and definitely worth the money.
