Wasn't happy with the dirty floors if my room, they definitely don't mop. It's all lvp floors obviously since it's a water park. The view of the dumpsters from my room was amazing as well. Too small of water activities and to many rooms. Very glad I got the deal I did from Expedia and that we only stayed the one night. Had the buffet and if the health department showed up the place would be shut down. Food was definitely sitting out too long and the staff there was to busy having small talk then checking food temperatures or helping out it's guests, only fresh thing was the flank steak but of course greedy patrons were taking whole steaks so they wait for steak was horrible. Unless you have small kids stay away far away

Our family had a blast. So many activities for the kids. The staff is so generous with their time and attentive to the guest needs. My son wants to go back next year.

Clean facility as a whole. Rooms were clean. Busy lobby, but to be expected at a family friendly destination. Overall, we had a great time with not one complaint.

Great time for kids 2-8ish. My 12 year old had fun in the waterpark but did get a little bored at times. Overall it was a great time!

These three days here were excellent: clean rooms, very friendly staff, and everything super organized. The pools and attractions were heated—I will definitely be back.

The room was clean and the service staff were excellent. We had an inside room that overlooked the lobby so it could be quite noisy at times. The water slides were great with the exception of the Wolf's Tail, It regularly has mechanical issues in fact I was in it when it happened the first time and then again when my time was next. Very frustrating. Everything is kid/family centric and if you have toddlers and kids under 10 that is the sweet spot...lot's of activities. I was disappointed that there was no outside pool. We stayed in the Niagara Falls, CN property last time and the pool gave the place a real resort vibe and had tons of things happening there throughout the day. If they ever do expand, that would be the number one thing on my wish list.

Clean room, great staff, food is good, the house cleaner lady from 360 did a wonderful job with all the questions we needed. 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏. Will come again.

Very nice experience, the park was fun and my kids had a very nice time. The hotel was very well kept and the attendants were all very helpful.
