Best Western Pony Soldier Inn & Suites

The breakfasts were very good! The room was a little bit crowded for four but it’s ok. I can’t say the pool was in excellent condition but for our granddaughter still enjoyable

Definitely, the pictures are not accurate, seems like it used to be a good hotel but not it’s just trashy really dirty, and for the price just don’t worth it…

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was was friendly and helpful. Great location.

Staff was accomodating, but the parking was crowded. Breakfast had a nicwe selection but would like to see non sweeten yogurt.

Room was not smell good but were ok.

The sheets had yellow stains on them and the room was extremely stuffy and hard to breathe in. The breakfast was good. I inquired about cancellation a few days prior to my stay and was told they could not cancel, that I would have to cancel through the third party I booked with. I wound up deciding not to cancel, but apparently they lied about not being able to cancel because they cancelled my stay when I was asking about the cancellation policy. I was not notified of that at all until I arrived and had to take the room in the literal back of the property that was left because the one I paid for was gone.

Best stay we have had. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a long traveling day!

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice.

Rooms are clean but dated and needing an upgrade and very cramped for a family, pool and spa were nice but so heavily chlorinated inside our eyes burned even with doors propped open, breakfast was pretty decent, appreciated the fresh fruit options. Staff was all helpful and nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very pet-friendly with nice dog area. Breakfast was good, not amazing. Room was small and clean. I will use this hotel again.

We liked the location and love staying at best western for the fun family swimming The elevator was broken I had heavy bags and no one to help me, was quite the workout I wasn’t expecting, and the heater was broken at the pool

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was bountiful.and well maintained. The coffee was very good as well.

Place is really old like the rest of the hotels in the area.Ive stayed there a few times in the past.Rooms are really starting to stink for the rotting wood in walls.They paint and patch Stucco to make it look decent.But the smell is there.
