Castle Rock

A hidden gem. It does not look as good on the inside as it looks in the inside. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms for that price and location makes it completely worth it. The only thing I could complain about is the bright light on the minisplit inside the room. The bright intense blue light shines right on your face when you are laying in bed and can be very annoying

Clean. Good towels. 1. No coffee machine as advertised. 2. Reception closed so any problems couldn't be resolved. 3. Shower water volume poor.

We could back in our car right in front of room and how close to coffee and eating it was. Maybe brighter lights in room.

It was difficult to sleep with construction workers that were up very early in the morning walking around in the rooms above us and getting ice from the machine beside our room.

What a lovely hotel Nothing

I was told there was a charge for my service dog. I told the clerk he couldn't charge me for a service animal and that I would contact ADA. He then said I had to leave, he was allergic to dogs. He said no pets were allowed. He would not charge me for Sunday night but would charge me for Saturday since I didn't cancel. I told him I would not leave til he gave me something in writing saying he wouldn't charge me. He said hed call the police. I waited for the police but he never called. He said I had to contact Booking. When i went outside to get my phone, to try to contact Booking, he locked the doors.

Super clean room, and friendly staff!

We only spent one night in this Flagstaff motel. The manager was very accommodating with us. Check-out was quick and simple. Our brisk walk from Castle Rock to downtown FS took about 20 mins. We believed it would be a 10 minute walk..

Arrived a few hours early, 1 PM, and the office was closed. Called the number posted to discuss early check in and was told it was $20 an hour for early check in. Never heard of that. Property was a no frills room. Chair in the room was a metal folding chair. Older hotel and if you are on the ground floor you can hear every step of the person above.
