This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. My family and I traveled 10 hours after booking our room and receiving confirmation. Upon arrival, we were told that we didn't have a room even though we showed them confirmation. I will never book with Holiday Inn again. Totally unprofessional and incompetence at its finest.

Room was clean bed was comfortable. Only minor issues is road noise but any hotel near I95 will have the same issue

The lobby had been updated and was appealing. The price was reasonable. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. The air conditioner was noisy and ran incessantly making difficult to sleep.
