The room we booked had not been cleaned, literally. Old beer bottles were left in the closet, the floors were dirty as well as the tub. When I called staff they offered to clean the room rather than just give us another which was crazy. So after we insisted they then accommodated us with another room. The next room was “cleaned” but looked neglected. Dirty walls, dirty corners, seem to be the theme. I won’t return because it’s just not worth the money. When the Hilton behind them opens it may inspire them to clean and maintain the place better. The breakfast was good though.

Wi-fi didn’t work when attempting to sign in. Bathroom countertop was not completely clean and there was a large green stain on the bed sheets. Fortunately it was only on one side of the bed and I was able to manage by sleeping on the opposite side. I did not bother reporting my findings to staff as I was only in the room for 15 hours. I felt that the room price was a bit steep for what it was worth.

The room was wonderful. Clean and plenty of room for myself and 4 grandchildren. The breakfast was what you expected at a hotel. The only thing I didn't Ike was that the TV channels didnt work said no signal so I am assuming it is all like streaming channels. That was the only complaint I have. I would recommend.

They offered bacon and grits. After traveling above the Mason-Dixon line for 5 days that was a blessing. This hotel is brand new.

Our hotel room was clean upon arrival, but during our stay. We constantly have to asked the hotel staff for fresh towels and bed sheets. In which we do not receive fresh bed sheets. Book this hotel at your own discretion

Stayed monday and tuesday.Everthing was good except the outside patio chairs where you smoke.they were all coming apart.very dangerous so be carefull.lawsuit waiting to happen.All they need is tightening smh.Overall good clean rooms and good breakfast.Customer service was ok.They could speak more at front but good visit.Would recommend.

The one guy was also i order the stay and i didn't know its was a 3 pm check in so I call and see if I can get a room at 130am was driving down to Miami Florida from Pennsylvania he was so good

We had a nice overnight stay on our way to our vacation destination. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only complaint the pool area was extremely hot for an indoor pool area, made it uncomfortable to sit down there while my kids were swimming.

We couldn’t sleep most of the night with a constant banging noise that kept us up. Very disappointed that nothing was done about it.
