The hotel is ok. Good location for my needs but can improve the experience opening the coffee shop in longer periods of time.

Rooms were great and reception was fantastic. Unfortunately I had to make my own drink at the bar as the bartender watched and learned

We all had a wonderful time at the Courtyard by Marriott in Flower Mound. We were exceptionally well taken care of, and the staff was fantastic! We had the pleasure of celebrating Louise's 90th birthday at this wonderful hotel. The event was spectacular, the food was delicious (thank you Mark!) and we had a very special visit. With me was my 89-year old stepmom Edie, and she and Louise have been friends since 1958! Amazing! What a treat. And special thanks to Lindsay at the front desk. She made sure that our visit was perfect in every way, she was very professional and always went the extra mile to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Thanks again!

The hotel is well maintained but needs some improvement. The coffee shop schedule is too short and force us to walk in this extremely hot days to find a place to have breakfast or some good coffee during the day.

The water pressure in the sink and the shower was horrible. No door for the shower area, only a half door. The shower is a fixed one and no water pressure. The water at the sink was flowing like a spaghetti. No safe to store valuables, no microwave. The carpet was mushy. The bed was very hard. We trusted the Marriot name and it was not anywhere near that.

Took multiple efforts to get simple requests completed.

The initial staff member was not very accommodating, though another staff member later helped resolve our concerns. Overall, the stay was decent, but the service and attention to guest needs could be improved

Great coffee in the morning, super clean room and manager upgraded us without asking.

Location was perfect for our stay to visit friends living in Flower Mound. The check-in was quick and efficient, room clean & quiet, with filtered water and ice nearby. The free covered parking garage was a plus and easily accessible from the hotel. We also were near the Flower Mound "Riverwalk" for a comfortable walk in the evening. We would definitely stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Flower Mound in our future visits in the area.

The staff provided superior service , from Josh at the front desk who put us in an ideal room, to Colby also at the front desk, who took me to an ATM when I needed cash on a Sunday, to the helpful young lady in the bistro who prepared our food in about 10 minutes. Bottles of milk in that “every kind of bottled drink you can imagine” closet near the registration desk.
