It was a cute place with a great location to downtown! It was super clean as well!

Close to Old Town Folsom No coffee bar

Great location. Easy walk to Folsom Old Town, adjacent to a great trail network, close to light rail station allowing for car free getaway. Venue hosts significant a number of weddings, reunions, etc. Loud music played until 10:30 PM on Saturday night making it difficult to relax.

Our place to stay when we’re in the area or when we visit Apple hill

Team is amazing at Lake Natomas Inn and very peaceful serene environment with lots of amenities in walking distance. ADA friendly and very clean and safe. Was able to enjoy jacuzzi, pool and hike Johnny Cash Trail.

Coffee Shop Next Door Around The Corner Highly Recommended; Plus They Were Really Clean and Servicable Staff.

When checking in we were informed that besides our payment and tax for the room there would be a $250 deposit!! This was not conveyed to us prior to arrival!! I reluctantly paid it expecting reimbursement when checking out!! Thank goodness I put this on a credit card and not my debit card!! Upon checking out I was told would be 3 to 5 days to be credited back the $250!! First I have never been asked for a deposit for a hotel ever!! Except when including pets!! Since I was coming from 2 hrs away and having surgery next morning at 5:30 am next day no pets were involved!! The staff was well aware of reasons for our stay!! Had I known of this so called deposit I would have chosen another hotel!! So watch out for hidden expenses if you choose to stay there!!

The jacuzzi which we were looking forward to using, was not heated. Hallways smelled funny, a little stinky, Staff was great.

The inn inhabits a beautiful lakeside setting. The room was clean and comfortable. Walking the very short distance to Historic Folsom was fun and we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Plank after browsing in the nearby chocolate shop. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Loud plumbing noises heard through the walls interrupted our sleep.

This is a great place that sits quietly off the main road. Food service delivery right to the door. The handyman fixed our sink drain issue super quickly. Reception staff are very friendly. It feels like a place you can park your car and don't need to worry about it.

Room was darker than expected. Another light fixture would have been more comfortable. The coffee in the room tasted horrible. The coffee maker worked and the coffee was hot. No extra roll of toilet paper. We were staying Thursday through Sunday. I had to go to front desk to get one and wait more than 15 minutes. Would not have minded but the lady at the front desk stopped helping me to help another guest before finishing with me. It made me feel unwelcome and less valued than the guests behind me. I get that there is not any room service unless requested, but she could have finished serving me before dealing with the next customer. The grounds are beautiful. It is a function destination.

went to a wedding on site, everyone had a good time . All staff members were able and friendly. Only thing not so good was road noise during ceremony. You can't really control that. We enjoyed our time there. It is all good

Nice old town and essay parking

Great location, right in the historic downtown area. Great shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The walking and bike paths are right there. Hotel is a little dated but was clean and pretty well kept. We stayed from Thursday to Monday, the breakfast buffet wasn’t offered everyday, we just walk to the cafes every morning for breakfast. Beautiful area! Would definitely stay there again

Great place and location. Easy to walk downtown and to the Farmer’s Market.

Loved this place. Easy to walk to many restaurants. Pool and hot tub were great. Highly recommend.

The price was right and the location was perfect for the occasion we were attending. The bed could have been more comfortable and the bathroom light switch should not be outside the bathroom.

Great location to lake and historical Folsom.

Very noisy. Sound carried between rooms and hallway. Vending machines did not work Had to buy a diet coke at the bar for five dollars. Had to call the front desk after midnight due to noise in the next room of people speaking loudly.
