Front desk station were quite nice. Breakfast lady was not personable, never smiled, didn’t seem to want to be there. Room was clean and comfortable but worn. Nice coffee table in room but worn and scratched. Carpet had holes and needed replacing. Still, a quiet, clean comfy room. Parking is easy and close.

Clean room. Great location. Easy access to Lake Naomi.

Beautiful grounds and pool😀

The property was beautiful (walking distance to river trails). The room was clean and comfortable. If they offered free breakfast it would be perfect.

Hot tub very dirty.

The bed was subpar; worn out with a permanent indentation. Breakfast was not included. Otherwise, it is fine and very well located right next to old town.

My stay was excellent, I'll probably be back in July!!

The head shower was broken, and I requested towels and didn't get them until late afternoon. Hallways had a horrible odor similar to a rest home.

The breakfast wasn't free, $21 for a limited buffet. The menu items were better. Everyone was so helpful. Very walkable location. Paddle boarding next to hotel, bike rentals, and cafes.

Staff was fantastic and friendly

Location was great! Close to everything! Hotel was nice, clean and with great service! A/C had only high/low settings. You could not set the actual room temperature.

Clean room, convenient location.

Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but this will always be our first choice.

What a great stay! Restaurants, entertainment, the river and lake. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Looks can be deceiving. For such a beautiful exterior and location, the interior decor throughout was sorry, sad, boring and drab in gray, white and beige. The carpet is old, stained, and tattering at the edges. I felt like I was in an asylum walking down the corridors to my cell. No color, void of life. Also, no mirrors other than in bathroom which was not well lit. Boring, sad rooms. I kept crying. I couldn’t wait to leave.

My room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was free so that was a plus as well.
