This was such a neat hotel to stay at. Love how cozy and comfortable the rooms are. Shower has a rainfall shower head. Very nice touch. Fancy looking in lobby, loved it.

Love this property. I have stayed here in the past, in fact in 1991 for my Wedding night! Love the mix of vintage and modern. The A/C unit was rather loud and I would appreciate lotion in the room

Beautiful building and room, however NO HOT WATER!! Even asked for another room and still, Luke warm at best. Also coffee/water was limited. I really wanted to love this place but the basics need improvement.

I love the Retlaw, beautiful hotel and the rooms are beautiful. I have stayed there 4 times and every stay has been amazing, except this time. We stopped into the onsite bar. The bartender was unbelievably rude. She made us feel super uncomfortable along with the other patrons. One patron got up and left and rolled his eyes at her behavior. We didn’t even want to sit at the bar to have our cocktail, we took it to the room. If I was her manager I would dismiss her immediately. The gentleman the time before that was amazing friendly and super accommodating.
