Set on the calm shores of Lake Geneva, this full-service iconic resort features the full-service AVANI Spa and a marina with boat rentals. Free WiFi access and a choice of dining options are also available. A balcony or patio offers views from each lakehouse-styled room of The Abbey Resort. A flat-screen TV, coffee maker and fridge are also included. The Abbey Resort offers a variety of dining options. I've been to the location several times in the past and as usual had another great experience.

The room was clean and redone daily. The resort was beautiful inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at two of the restaurants on the property. Food and presentation was wonderful.

All in all......a nice resort. Clean, pleasant with a very nice staff. A little dated and the mattress was old/lumpy.

The room was small but clean. Did not get the view that was promised. Had dinner at the Waterfront Cafe. Loved it. Great staff & food. Had breakfast the next morning, it was under cooked & not up to expectations. Overall rating, OK.

Worst costumer service ! The front desk lady said it might take 45 to 60 minutes just to give towels or toothpaste i literally called 4 times and still they did not provide me towel ! Insane

It’s was good finding the building it was difficult for us. Nobody was there for helping us.

The property and resort are close to everything within 20 min drive. We could walk to the park in the am and there’s a great little coffee mill within walking distance. Amazing coffee. We had a king size pool side view and the room was basic. We unfortunately experienced a fire alarm 🚨 go off at 3 in the morning one night. Bar West was okay and bartender was not engaging. Overall, we would stay here again as the price point is great!

Waterfront Restaurant, Bar West, entertainment, pool area. Fire alarm 3::00am, room was situated in common which was very noisy, when booking room under amenities it stated refrigerator and there wasn't one in our room.

The restaurant inside the hotel seemed to help others that showed up after I did. It could’ve been that I was “ underdressed” but it almost even felt racial. I sat outside on the patio and had to go inside multiple times to ask for my food and drinks. It seemed like they were avoiding giving me service.

Really lovely location, relaxed atmosphere, really comfortable, very enjoyable stay. Hot tub needs a bit of maintenance, bikes were in poor condition.
