Overall the property and the room were great. The spa attendant not welcoming at all. We considered booking a treatment but changed our mind once we interacted with them.

This is such an amazing gem. Intimate and the staff is just beyond. The amenities are first class and so thoughtful. A first class winr country experience.

Beautiful property We stayed in the main house above restaurant. Room was ok. Bathroom was weird.

I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could! What a fantastic inn!

Very romantic inn in a very romantic place. We were a bit worried about noise because of the nearby road, but it has been disguised quite successfully. The grounds were so beautiful and well maintained, the pool area was delightful, and in general it was a relaxing and peaceful stay. Staff was fabulous! The breakfast was good, but a bit pricey.

My daughter & I had a 3 day get away to the Farmhouse Inn and the just loved the location, coziness, beautiful garden manicured grounds & the service was impeccable! I plan to bring my hubby there for another getaway. Thank you for the outstanding service. That was most notable.

Our first stay and we will definitely stay again. We love the gardens (I'd never seen so many hummingbirds at one time.), the homely feel, the cleanliness and the quality of food offers at their two dining options. We had breakfast and dinner at the Farmstand. It's near Armstrong Redwoods. We had tastings at Gary Farrell Winery where our tasting fee was waived because we stayed at Farmhouse Inn. We didn't expect that. Thank you! We loved their wine and we had a few bottles shipped home. The only minor issues was that either HVAC or water heater system kicking in at dawn that woke me up but my husband slept through it. :) I'd like to mention that the quality of toiletries offered was superb. I bought a set from the front desk. Also thank you for the "welcome" bottle of wine and chocolates. This place takes the world "HOSPITALITY" seriously. I highly recommend them. This was our first visit in Sonoma and we will keep Farmhouse Inn in our sweet memories. We will be talking about it for a long time. Thank you so much, Joe. It was nice meeting you and chatting with you for a bit at the fire pit. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel with excellent service.

Quiet, clean with beautiful gardens. Excellent restaurant on site. Perfect pool and lovely fire pits to sit around on cool nights. Room was a little too small.
-
Beautiful modern farmhouse vibe, great service, and we loved the pool plus the wine tasting beside the pool. 5 minutes to Forestville, with a couple good restaurants.

Gorgeous property, a true gem
-
Very unique location and setting. Very expensive as well. Staff was very accommodating.
-
We had a delightful last minute stay at the property. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire and an outdoor movie with popcorn. Wish we could have stayed longer. They have a couple Tesla chargers too.

Amazing environment and super friendly staff!
-
We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and having breakfast at Farmstand. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. We also liked having a car available to drive us to Healdsburg for dinner and enjoyed talking with Avery, the driver. The area surrounding the inn is just gorgeous!

Very Special small resort with spa & restaurants & CHARM!! Beautiful landscaping with NATURE beyond!!

To our disappointment, it turned out that we were assigned the most unfavorable room in the entire resort, facing a busy and noisy street (quite the opposite of what we had anticipated for a special occasion!). The resort was not fully occupied during our midweek stay, so I inquired about the possibility of moving to a quieter room. Surprisingly, the only option offered to us was another room at an additional $$$$(bearing in mind that this was already quite an expensive resort). Given the circumstances, it would have been a pleasant gesture on their part to provide a complimentary upgrade for such a special occasion in a resort with plenty of available accommodations. Adding to our disappointment, we found a dead bug on the bed in the room. Regrettably, our stay at the Farmhouse Inn lacked any special touches that one would expect to commemorate a milestone occasion like our 30th anniversary. There was no complimentary bottle of wine awaiting us, no fresh flowers to enhance the ambiance. I would like to emphasize that this review solely pertains to the way our reservation was handled and not to the Farmhouse Inn restaurant, where we dined and had an absolutely divine experience! The culinary creations were impressively innovative, the presentation was impeccable, and the wine pairings were thoughtfully selected and truly delightful.
