Comfort Suites Forsyth near I-75

The second room I was moved to was slightly better than the first. Other than that, there was not much about the stay that I enjoyed. My experience at Comfort Suites in Forsyth, GA was very disappointing. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, and several employees were rude and often on their phones instead of assisting guests. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept going in and out, which made the stay even more frustrating. The first room had a strange smell, and the A/C was not working properly. I was moved to another room, and while it was somewhat better, the bathroom still was not in great condition. I ended up staying at a friend’s hotel because I was so uncomfortable, but the hotel stated they would not cancel my reservation because it was too late. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Was in a convenient location. It could have used some updates but seemed decently clean. Had a good breakfast. Had to stand at the front desk and wait to check out for about 15 mins while the front desk person had a sign up that they were helping a customer. They showed back up from the parking lot. Wasn’t a huge deal but we did have an appointment to get to.

The pool, pool area and hot tub(which was my reason for booking, because it’s indoor) absolutely needs serious maintenance. There was mildew around the tub. We had to go out for breakfast because the staff member said that she was unwilling to refill the waffle batter. There is not a sufficient amount of parking spaces. The only reason we stayed was because we booked through a third party and were not able to be refunded.

Okay hotel. Right off the highway. The room was outdated. The sofa bed had stains. Did not use and needed to use it which is why I booked. Oh well.

The staff, both at check in and out were great. However, there was a crack in the bathtub, the pool was disgusting, and the hot tub looked like someone have vomited in it. The TV in the room was also somewhat broken.

Everything was nice and clean . The staff was friendly and it was fun. We had fun in the pool . The showers were nice and hot and the kids had a great time . The beds were comfortable and overall we had a great time the staff even gave us papers for food we could order The pool was freezing and the hot tub wasn't working . The other kids in the pool were loud and they were splashing everyone . The TV only has one kids channel which ended up being fine but the kids were wanting other options .

Comfortable room

There was trash on my nightstand, the locks on the entry exit work broke and looked like the room had been kicked in. The only functional lock was the deadbolt. Staff was not present in the lobby I stood at the desk for nearly half an hour to check in with four other people. It's in a really sketchy area the parking lot is one way right off the interstate. The toilet and shower had not been cleaned. There was blood in the shower (small drops) and poop all inside the toilet. I had to report to Forsyth the next day for weeks of law enforcement POST training and wanted a good night's rest but this was not the place to stay.

The alarm clock was busted and had barbecue sauce all over it plus the bed skirt head barbecue sauce on it and as well as the nightstand.

Stayed out of bathroom strong odor and mold around door. Bathtub dirty and poor quality patches. No one would use shower

Great location. Clean, large room and bathroom. Good breakfast.

I stay in Comfort Suites all over the US. This is the second time staying here. The staff is always very nice and helpful but the hotel has gone down hill. The outside is ok can change the neighborhood but pick up the grounds. The inside is clean but the rooms look like they are under repair. There were drywall repairs done around the room and bathroom but not repainted. The mattress was not very comfortable with lots of divots. The pillows seemed new. The pool was not open. Overall for the discounted price it was worth it.

Room was clean! Staff was very good! Was disappointed because it said it had a hot tub and when I got there, it was broke down. It was closed.

Front desk associate very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing with many items not available; still had one hour left in the serving time.
