I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. Also, the exterior of the hotel is fairly run down. Very disappointing and expensive mistake booking this hotel.

They should clean better. Vacuum better. Our room had crumbs under bed and in corners. The staircase was very bad.

The breakfast was good The carpet in our room was very dirty, not sure it got vacuumed between stays, stuff stuck to our feet as we walked around. The toilet was extremely low, and when it was flushed, it wouldn't stop running until we took off the lid and helped it. Fan in the bathroom was Very loud as well as the air conditioner.

There was no elevator - only a very hot stairway to the second floor. The breakfast hours were 6:00 to 9:00 - a bit early for traveling. The coffee maker was extremely difficult to use - never successfully had a good cup of coffee.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check-in, friendly staff, very quiet!

Room and building smelled good. Clean bathroom, terrific hot shower. Nice keurig in room with excellent Columbian coffee. Nice big screen TV, comfortable beds, extra pillows and spotlessly clean linens.

Good Staffing

A nice stay overall. It's a bit old, but they have obviously tried to upgrade it. Nice hot tub and pool. Good breakfast. Ants in my bathroom, spiders in the pool area-but that's life. Will I stay there again? If I can't camp like I was supposed to, yeah, sure. Oh, and if you're going to the Fireside Theater, you might enjoy staying, sitting in the hot tub after the show, and getting a breakfast!

You can tell they are really trying to keep this updated, they are doing a really nice job. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, breakfast area well stocked and fresh. The hot tub was a PLUS! You don’t find too many hot tubs these days in hotels that actually work. Pool area very well clean too. The front desk staff was nice on check in and check out, also kept up on the breakfast area. It was great for our 2 night visit. Highly recommend!

The place overall was clean and appealing. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator did not work.

Property is dated, but had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fine, never used the pool area. Would we stay here again. Maybe maybe not.

Very nice breakfast with pleasant atmosphere—sports (on mute) in the background instead of news and nice jazz music in the background. Everything was great.

The first room that we were checking into after traveling for almost 14 hours sound so bad like somebody has been smoking in there for days. It was 1:30 in the morning. The young lady was extremely helpful and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, it was on the other end of the hotel and upstairs the room was adequate.. There were stains on the wall. The shower when standing in it sounded like you were gonna fall through the base. The showerhead looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. There was not a luggage stand in the room the pillows look like they are about the size of a neck pillow for airplane. I had called prior to check in as I knew we were going to be very late and asked the Diamond for extra pillows that was part of the saving grace as we had extra pillows, but he informed me I could just get them at Check instead of going to put them in the room for us. Breakfast looked decent. We did not eat the breakfast. It was biscuits and gravy and some microwave eggs, and some muffins and fruit, waffles and toast. There was a pool we did not look at it. It was conveniently located in your convenience stores. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff we had when we checked in in another night she was very friendly and accommodating, and I would love to work with her again other than that I would not stay at this hotel.
