Check in went so smoothly we reserved 5 rooms with everyone coming at different times. Had no problems at all.

Extremely clean, beds were absolutely wonderful and comfortable. There’s no coffee in the room, but it’s in the lobby. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Ran out of breakfast items and utensils before end time. Hair in the shower and room.

This was a quick overnight stay before heading to UW Whitewater. Great location near walking distance of many restaurants. Room was perfect for our needs, and breakfast was delicious!

I found cereal and candy under the bed. Otherwise everything seemed nice.

The furniture looked newer but the carpet was dirty and the doors were old and in rough shape. No body wash in the shower. Coffee was good.

For the most part it was good. The issues we ran into was that the pool was quite cold. At breakfast, there was no apple juice, the pancake maker was having many issues working, and one of the hot plates sat empty the whole time. We had booked with this chain previously advertising the same breakfast setup but the other one had much more options. Toilet got clogged very easily in our room

Breakfast was good. We like a hot choice which was good. Coffee was good. The place was busy but well staffed. Cranberry juice was not filled. Wish we had potatoes with the omelet.

I've stayed at this property a few times during the past 2 years. The cleanliness and service has been consistently excellent. Once I brought my dog with me. A first floor room wasn't available, so staff gave me a room near the elevator on the 2nd floor. I will absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Command room was good for our party get togethers. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. It was a really nice stay.
