Extremely clean hotel room which is one of my main concerns staying in hotels. I was on an alternate schedule and had to sleep days and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They arranged my room cleaning on a particular day so I could sleep. Very helpful! Very polite! Also incredibly quiet which was important to me. I never ate the breakfast (just drank the orange juice which was good) or went to the hot tub so I can't comment on them. But 5 STARS to the helpful staff and how peaceful my month long stay was here. Definitely coming back when I'm contracted to this area again. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at this property many times and our expectations are always met or exceeded. Our stays are always quiet and comfortable. The staff is outstanding.

Staff are nice people, very kind My last 2 trips, here and Virginia Beach were Wyndham brand don’t think I will choose it anymore
-
It was nice, but the walls were pretty damaged in hotel room covers dead bugs in the window and dust all along the bed frame did not get an opportunity to use the pool or hot tub

Charged 100% booking fee bc I couldn’t get in by 3am due to flight delay. Staff unwilling to check me in late, made me inform Expedia to cancel reservation, then hit me will full charge. Expedia unable to assist or protect customer. Predatory practices by this establishment. Never again!

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay, it had all the basics dishes that many budget conscience hotels have with the addition of very fresh fruit. Fresh Coffee and beverages were always available as the kitchen was well attended by a staff member. Lastly, the pool and hot tub were a hit especially after driving many hours with +98° temps in the high plains desert. I enjoyed my stay and will look to stay there again if I travel to the greater Denver area.

It was great value for the money, and the staff are awesome.

Did not like that room got cleaned every 3rd day.

Man on check in seemed very disinterested. No information given about WiFi, pool or breakfast. Consequently we didn't have breakfast as no info was given, only saw the breakfast room when checking out. Internet not working. Couldn't be bothered to supply password or login name. Only when speaking to an American guest did she make us aware she had access and told him to give us password, but still no access provided. Room was ok. Sheets not ironed, looked as if someone had already slept in the bed. Door to the room was catching but did close if you banged it shut. Carpet near sink was damp. Bizarre that the sink was separate to the bathroom. We put up with it as only stayed one night.

All great things. The bed was super comfortable however the sheets they use would not stay on the bed almost as if they were the wrong size. Otherwise fantastic stay.
-
My shower flooded the whole floor. It was okay stay. The breakfast saved the day. They had good biscuits and gravy.
-
Very clean, good breakfast, good location. I’d stay again.

Everything was clean and staff was polite.

We booked a hotel because we were paddle boarding for a couple days at horse tooth reservoir. It’s not super close to downtown Fort Collins or the reservoir but for the price and the room it was pretty great. There is a good Mexican restaurant right next-door and a gas station. Right next to the highway so you can just jump on and go wherever you need. Will be returning.

Need better tv channels HBO or Show time

We were only there for the night so we just slept really then left. The staff was nice when I checked in.

The property was very clean. However, there were clear drifters hanging out around the entrance smoking. The hot tub was broken (this happened at both of our Howard Johnson properties). It was a very average property, albeit very clean. Breakfast was average and poorly stocked due to lack of staff running it.
-
Excellent hotel right off I-25 but still very quiet. Large, clean room with in-suite jacuzzi. Great breakfast spread and coffee station.

Friendly staff and clean

Hotel was fine. Muchl improved. I still hate that trash only taken out after 3 days so everyone leaves trash in the hallways. Breakfast was fine. Staff much better than last time
