Hotel was fine. Muchl improved. I still hate that trash only taken out after 3 days so everyone leaves trash in the hallways. Breakfast was fine. Staff much better than last time

I wouldn’t stay again.

Only negative. I tried to add an extra night, and the staff made it very difficult. We ended up leaving for another hotel instead of paying another deposit and switching rooms.

Rooms and property were well maintained. Good breakfast options. Did not know before arriving that the hot tub would be out of order. Would be good to have a notice under amenities about the hot tub was not available.

Hot tub had sand in the bottom and shower curtain would not stay closed when taking shower

My family wanted to stay longer because the beds, pillows and comforters were so comfortable!

There was nothing about the property we did not like. The whole hotel was a very enjoyable stay. The staff that was onsite was very friendly and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Breakfast was very simple and delicious because they had a different variety of food everyday. I would recommend any traveler to stay at this hotel because they made our stay very comfortable.

You need to let people know that you have to leave a security deposit for the room as some guest do not always have $200 on a card or extra cash for the deposit. They book thinking everything is already covered. This stay was for a funereal, not something you plan for.

No coming to clean the room after 2 days..when I ask for internet. **free**.I am supposed to paid for this.

El personal muy amable, no reponían el agua para el té y en el desayuno tampoco reponian la máquina de jugos. La cama y almohadas super comodas!!

Great location off the interstate for travelers. Clean and dog friendly.

Two times during my four-night stay, while taking a short shower, the water got cool. I don't know if someone in another room flushed a toilet, or what happened. The TV remote was old style, and there were no instructions or guides anywhere in the room on how to use the TV or what stations were available. There were no brochures or area attractions information. And no booklet or information on amenities at the hotel. I would stay there again if in the area.
