Clean and pool area was nice The price you pay, I would expect free breakfast. The blankets on the bed were not changed, found mustard stains on them. Water pressure was horrible and wifi was horrible. Dont expect to have any staying there

The stay was great. Comfortable clean quiet and fun. Cafe was great and good the casino buffet was really good reasonable prices but wished it had more choices for a Friday night. The WiFi was horrible was a black hole and sos even connected to the WiFi. The air conditioner broke the last night and was an unpleasant night. Very few tv channels when wanting to wind down.

Our microwave didn't work and the last day/ night of the stay our ac didn't work which made for a horrible night sleep (the windows don't open). Im here with an athlete so having to swet all night and toss and turn was less than ideal. then went to make coffee and all the creamers had corners cut already on them... so re using? Yeah thats disgusting in my opinion... seriously let down.

Everything even the food Check in didn't go as smooth. I was told that I was being charged 50.00 deposit they ran my card for 189.00 I felt my phone go off and my card was charged for the 189.00 I showed it to the lady. She said she didn't know why it charged my card 189.00 but she would fix it. She then charged my card another 50.00 buy this point my blood is starting to boil. I said hey you just charged me again. She said she would fix it. We went to our room and about 39 mins later I checked my account and the 189.00 and the 50.00 was put back on my card. Come to find out the lady was new and still learning. Im just happy that the money was put back. Check your bank account.

Rooms were good staff friendly Slot machines were very tight

We were limited on what was available. The Cafe was closed so we had to order from the deli. The breakfast burrito was good. The Cafe was closed so we had only 2 or 3 choices at their deli for both dinner and breakfast.

I liked the new Bar by the entrance of the hotel. Dustin was super friendly and the customer service was super!

The rooms were great and the casino and food was really good as well.

It was right by the persons house I was visiting. We had a really good dinner. We had fun in the casino. Will do bingo next time There was a noisy fan outside our room. Maybe in the hall? We like quieter

Convenience Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Television channels didn't work sometimes. Vents in the room need cleaning. I have allergies and lots of dust isn't good.
