The bed is a little too hard and one of your staff (who is around 75). Open the door while we were there. Knocked and opened the door at the same time. Needs to learn knock and wait for an answer

Alba the owner was nice. The maid was a sweet lady very nice The air conditioning was very cold which I like I wish I was given an UPSTAIRS room like I requested Monday night I had to deal with somebody rolling marbles all night and incessemtly DRAGGING CHAIRS.for no good reason. That was rhs nightmare I wanted to avoid at all costs majorly! I need a quiet room. I feel severely stressed when I don't know I will get this. I like air conditioning to driwn out noise. I need upstairs end rooms by themseles very minimal to no neighbors- which I explicitly requested.that is SOOOOOOO important that if I cannot get it I would cancel staying til.it was available I need to be told by the motel ahead of time what room

Great hotel, with walking distance to beach and restaurants! Had all the amenities needed. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
