Chateau Mar Golf Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

How clean the room was, front desk was awesome with customer service.. I haven't gotten my $50 deposit back, I truly hope this won't be a problem, especially when I enjoyed the service and was thinking on returning again next weekend.. There was no trash can in the room

Charged me twice

not as luxury as it look & very much not a resort staff

Location and views If you have an issue at night your on your own … my tv wasn’t operating and they did nothing.. I was highly upset because I had 2 rooms

The location was good and as my daughter had stayed there before I was OK to give it a try. Staff was nice when checking in. I would give the room a 6 out of 10 when we got in. We just got off our flight that was delayed because of the weather. It was late and we were very tired. The next morning we tried to call the front desk but the phone wasn't working. I went downstairs to the front desk and asked for extra towels. While waiting in the room for over 45 minutes, still no extra towels but we noticed a cockroach going up the wall. We packed up and left right away. While checking out the lady at the front desk asked if we got the extra towel and we told her no. She apologized and we left.

Nice Nice

Good

poor tennis court and basketball court

Very good

There was no bath towels or bins bathroom plus the bathroom floor wasn’t clean plus the staff was very helpful and nice.

Walked in and it smelled kinda funky at first, but other than that the overall stay & experience was great!

I love the the theme of the hotel. It was clean. The views were good. Good sized TV, fast wifi. It was great value I could not complain

Nothing wouldn’t stay here again Room was old, tired decor. Very noisy AC Thin walls could hear neighbouring rooms. Door to outside area didn’t open Diirty hallway Reception not manned No bar area

Exceptional

The room they assigned me the bolt lock wasn't working. It just seemed substandard, I checked out the next day and found another hotel.

Location was right, where I needed it The property was subpar. Broken toilet seats, no towels in the bathrooms and poorly maintained fixtures.

The Staff Is Great

Exceptional

Looks better online. Ceiling was falling down and ac didn’t work in the unit.

They need microwaves in the rooms
