1 elevator as 1 was down. No pool which wasn't disclosed until i asked where the pool was & gym was closed also told sorry no maintenance here today. Im sorry i have been in hospitality for 19 years. Totally unacceptable, every person you asked gave a different answer. Sad part is NO ONE was told you could swim 4 miles down the road. Of course i go but a big inconvenience when you have to get in car wet etc. People i meet at breakfast was like you know the pool is closed right as we were dressed for pool. They told no one of course i knew to ask. For a july 4th weekend very disappointing. Also, the way my sofa looked i wouldn't let my granddaughter use it. I desk clerk was totally awesome!

Room hot, had to move to another hot room, elevators broke. Both of them. Pool had no water.

Low water pressure, did not get room cleaned not sure if it was because it was the Fourth of July. Nice room breakfast was good and ac in room was great

Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. The staff did give me a first floor room which was accommodating. The gym on the other hand, was basically inoperable, the machines need major repairs. There was no housekeeping during our stay we had to keep calling to ask for things and were told they were gone for the day which is ridiculous when it was like 12 noon.

The rooms thermostat is controlled by motion. This made the check in experience a bit uncomfortable. I was not told about this on check in and my room was 78 degrees. It only went down a degree in one hour and it was very humid in the room. I asked to change and the attendant was super helpful and we were able to change and the second room was still warm when arriving but cooled down way better than the first. Room was very cozy and roomy. I was disappointed that pool was out of order. Also the elevators were out of order and sometimes worked. They did have people working on the elevators both days we were there but having to bring luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs was frustrating to say the least. There was plenty of parking and the outdoor lounge area was so nice! The gym was very well equipped and clean. Loved having breakfast it was well stocked and clean. Front desk associates were very very helpful!

The pool wasn’t working the elevator both were broken. For the whole stay had to use the stairs. Rheumatoid arthritis doesn’t work well with stairs. However the staff was excellent

So let me first start off by saying elevators were broken.pool was out of waterwithout order shower had mildew When I did bring it up to the fast they couldn’t do anything cause it was out of their power. I booked June 3 by June 5. They took the pool out of order and said it was gonna be down till July 15 had. Bathroom lighting had a malfunction kept going off blinking every time I would’ve known I would’ve booked somewhere else other customers had complaint will I book again in the future maybe not for vacation rebooking at another hotel at the last minute could not have been in the worst timing so I decided to stay there and move my room to the first floor for two days left on my five day vacation

Location Ant infestation, pool was disgusting and neither elevator worked

Location The elevators were hit or miss so we had to log all of our suitcases upstairs to the third floor, and the air conditioner in the first room didn’t work properly.

The room was clean and comfortable space for two people. The grounds are attractively kept. We chose this place partially due to having a pool, bit it was as green as the Lincoln Reflecting pool and unable to be used. Suggesting that guests drive to a Holiday Inn a few mikes away is aridiculous solution! One elevator was totally out of order, and the only other one was temporarily not working while trying g to deal with luggage. We thought there weren't many dishes, but they were all in tbe dishwasher. The only trash can was in the bathroom; oddly none in the kitchen area. The dispensers for shampoo, etc are brken off the wall, and no body wash to refill available when asked.

Place was decent. I felt like the room could have been clean a little bit better. The lobby was clean and nice. Breakfast was decent and hot. Will recommend just again the room can use a little extra time cleaning. I know they’re turning over rooms a lot and don’t have as much time to clean them.

Clean property. Not enough towels. Kitchen light and main tv did not work on first day. On day two, maintenance corrected the problems.

Front Desk staff person was sloppy regarding room number assignment leaving us to try and enter a room with the wrong key. We had to lug all our items back downstairs to report the problem at which point the staff person thought it was funny. It was NOT! No apologies.

Since I checked in and mind you, I was there for 14 days; one of the elevators was consistently not working, and at some point, someone had gotten stuck in there for about 20 minutes. The rooms are in decent shape, I would also add the staff is not keen on making sure they’re keeping up with housekeeping unless you continually ask The breakfast was actually probably the highlight because it was pretty decent and the staff that runs it was great Also, the pool is probably still shut down even though it’s the middle of the summer Likely due because it’s not up the code Great rates for a Marriott property; but you’re getting what you pay for
