TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte Fort Mill

Room was very spacious and clean. Property looks nice. Location was great! My only drawback is they don’t come back to redress the room or provide extra towels unless you ask for them.

When I started to get ready for the wedding I was in town for, I discovered there was an iron, but no ironing board. I called the front desk and was told one would be sent up to me. After waiting 40 minutes and still no ironing board, I approached housekeeping on my floor and asked if they could get me one. So, I give this hotel a "C" for service.

Front desk was very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Will visit again.

The room was spacious and clean Staff was nice and helpful

Only one elevator was working (same as our previous stay). The handicap shower fixture was broken (same as last stay - we had the same room). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, Breakfast was edible, but nothing to write home about. Staff were mostly courteous, some did not acknowledge us when we came/went. The tv worked well, ability to use Netflix was a bonus. The price is exceptional - we will be back again.

Good stay clean room, I could hear the people directly across from me and their dog/children very clearly. Kind of annoying as an 8am wake up but other than that good stay!

Soft bed and pillows super clean Nothing

Our room was clean and cooled down considering it was about 106 on the heat index. The staff were pleasant and we had a nice conversation at the front desk with them asking where we were from. There wasn't a negative I could say about the property.

Convenient to eateries and the sports complexes!

Hotel was ok. When I arrived to my room, the door was cracked open. I had to make sure no one was inside. That night the fire alarm went off around 2am. Scared me and my children. It turned off within a minute. I did not think nothing of. On the second night, it went off again at the same time. Not sure what the problem was. We weren’t told anything. Overall the stay was ok.

They couldn't give me my room and were rude to even explain the reason. I was very tired and it was pasted 2 am.
