Every question we had the staff was very helpful. The little condo had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach with soft white sand was great. We saw dolphins, manatees & other sea life. The lobby had sitting areas, large TV & ping pong table. The pool area was very clean, with pleany of loung chairs.

We have stayed here many times and it is always wonderful. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony is amazing just watching the dolphins, birds and boats. The pool was clean and not crowded. The hot tub was not in use as it is being repaired due to the hurricane, otherwise everything was in great shape. We enjoyed using the grills provided. This place is our home away from our regular home. Thank you Lovers Key Beach Club! We will be back for sure!

Great location; awesome views. Unit was clean and for the most part, well stocked. Good security. Most people were friendly. Very nice pool area and a nice beach. Great grilling area! Nicole provided great service when we had questions or the unit needed something! It was advertised as having a workout/fitness room but we never found one. The rooms and hallways are not very soundproof. We could hear TV's, and also a dog barking in unit 1008. Your rules posted in elevator clearly say No Smoking in or near common areas, including the patio. We saw people sitting for quite a while smoking (cigar and cigarette) on it twice. They made no attempt to hide it, which means they probably do it often. Entire front of property along the bay torn up and an excavator doing work next to the pool daily. It would have been appreciated to be informed of that in advance!

The rod to hang clothes on broke and fell to the floor with our clothes on it. We only had one lamp in the bedroom that worked. The sitting room only had one light it was too dark to read. It was very windy and so much cold wind came in around the patio door the curtains were blowing. The tv’s could be larger.

I loved the view of the ocean every day. A beautiful white sand private beach. I saw dolphins, stingrays and a big grouper. The sunset from our balcony was beautiful and different each every night. I loved the beachy theme in 1103. Spectacular view of the the island. So close to shopping and restaurants with great food. Definitely will be back. What's not to love about this beautiful island. Not a thing.

The property is an older condo with some charm. I was not able to plug the drain in the tub for a bath. There was a large crack on the large mirrored closet door. Otherwise, the condo was quiet cozy. It had a beautiful view of the bay. All of the essential were provide. There were some strange quirts about the resort itself. They have the rules posted in the elevator and they asked you not dispose the recyclable in the trash chute, but they did not provide a recycling recepticle anywhere on the premise.

location is wonderful. Amenities were perfect. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. confused at first on where to go, went to the resort at first.

Room 1103 so up high. Everything was available and working. 1BR efficiency. Sufficient plates, silverware, small coffee pot, toaster, washing machine, small ironing board, iron. Towels for bathing, would suggest bringing own for beach, hot tub, pool. I would recommend as long as a/c is working, but more on that below. Pleasent time location is not really a young couples vibe, but definitely a couples and relaxing time. You can travel small amounts of time for excitement. In fact, most restaurants, are 10-15 minutes min. away. Grocery store 5-7 minutes away. BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR SUNSETS. A/C. In Florida, esp. Summer when it's maximum heat and minimum occupancy (yes it matters - the building itself sheds heat into the room, especially felt in bathroom.) the SINGLE split unit works constantly. We could not keep a coolish temp with the curtains open (no blinds, which would help if they had both) We went out and BOUGHT a box fan to get the A/C sufficiently into the bedroom. It also ran the entire time as did the A/C. If ANYTHING had happened to the SINGLE unit you are screwed. The upgraded apts. have 2 units - someone learned the hard way.

Loved the place bed was a little to hard hurt my back, their were tiny little bugs all over the kitchen area and on the balcony my daughter got all bitten up other than that it was perfect

Great condo with a spectacular view. Guest service at the check in rental company were very attentive, easy to reach and friendly. Nothing really. It was great. Floor was a little tiny bit dirty, but they cleaned quick to get us in a little early, so really no complaints!!!

This was a condo and the location was perfect. The other residents were very friendly and helpful. The beach was about 100 feet away which was great. The railings were being replaced throughout the building and balcony surfaces were being resurfaced/painted. We were advised before arriving that the work on OUR balcony would be completed by check-in. It wasn't and the drilling noise was sooooo terrible that we could not stay in the condo from 8AM until the workmen left. Also, the smell of (solvents? paint?) was very bad. When we arrived, the dirty balcony furniture was piled up in the small living room. They completed OUR balcony 36 hours before we left so we never had any real use of it. We were given a refund of our cleaning fee. Future tenants should not experience the construction issues. There was sand on all the floors but we cleaned it up. The furniture is very old and the condo needs updated. The tile floors, though, appear newer as does the countertop in the kitchen.
