Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa

The hotel and location are a dream. It was odd because some of the staff were exceed all expectations amazing (valet, concierge, the cove). But some were missing and rude (the shop and coffee bar). Overall, the trip was amazing, the pools are perfect, and the food was good.

I was able to get a later checkout which made a big difference in our morning!

The view from our balcony was amazing, room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff were friendly. Just check your final bill carefully as we were charged for fees not previously disclosed.

The hotel was clean. The staff were excellent. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, so that was disappointing. Also there was a water main break, though no fault of the hotel. It was repaired in several hours which was remarkable. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We loved the location and our view. We were upgraded to a room on the 8th floor with pool and water view and the sunset was amazing!!! You can either go to sanibel, ft Myers, cape coral or our favorite Lovers Key state park!!!

A guest needs more attention, for example if is goin to be a delay in a special request for pancakes and if is going to take more than 20 minutes a guests needs to be informed and wait for guest to stand up and ask

The view of the sunset was amazing. Most of the staff is super professional and caring. A shoutout to Mike and Gail in Tarpon restaurant. You can find dirt in some spots in your bedroom. Which is a not a housekeeping fault, but more of a maintenance upkeep. Also, safe was not working, coffee machine was leaking, bathroom sink was not draining and a few other minor issues.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made our experience even better. We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the convenience of having restaurants and entertainment nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would be happy to stay here again!

Self-parking is available, but there are not enough spaces near the property. We were told our options were either to park by the tennis courts, which are quite far, or use valet parking, which is an additional expense. For a property at this price point, I believe adequate and convenient self-parking should be available. We also went to the pool on Sunday around 5 PM and there were no towels available. We had to ask three different staff members before towels were finally brought out about 30 minutes later. The most concerning issue happened at checkout. Our bill was initially around $468, even though the actual charges should have been roughly half of that amount. When I questioned it, the bill was reviewed and corrected. I’m glad they fixed it, but guests should not have to catch such a significant billing error themselves. Overall, it is a beautiful property, but considering the price, I expected better attention to these details.

Cuando rentas una habitación no te explican que tienen otro edificio con muy malas condiciones, limpieza, comfort y simplemente te envían para allá y cuando llegas al otro edificio, que malas condiciones tienen, el staff de recepción se siente la discriminación latente, ves la diferencia como tratan a un latino, después cuando quieres cambiar para la habitación del hotel que te muestran en las fotos, el principal, te cobran $127.83 más de lo que ya pagaste por rental , que ellos no te explican que existe otro edificio con muy malas condiciones, es una falta de respeto hacia el cliente, tienen que mejorar el parqueo, las áreas alrededor están bien feas y sucias, yo no lo recomendaría a nadie y no pienso ir más, gracias

Very short line for check in. The checking in was extremely smooth and the agent was efficient and friendly, extremely helpful!

Everything was nice except for the exceptional resort fees and parking fees. It was an extra $60 a day just to have a vehicle. The thing that might dissuade me from staying here in the future is the excessive fees that are ridiculous.

This resort is delightful. Many areas were redone since hurricane Ian in 2022. The hotel was extremely empty right before Labor Day so we basically had the whole resort to ourselves. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The spa was beautiful and Kristen gave me a wonderful facial and Gean (sp) provided a spectacular massage. Highly recommend this resort overall and the spa for sure. I will also remember how quiet early September is at this resort and the surrounding area.
