My husband and I enjoyed our time at the resort. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with all our needs and the dining options were fantastic for the area. However, the main pool area felt like a state of chaos as kids were screaming running all around the pool deck and paying to attention to other people in the pool. I would not classify that as relaxing.

Run down dirty checked out right away and still charged us for the night. Which we left within a hour.

On Saturday, housekeeping never came to clean the room. My wife called down for a change of towels as we needed to get ready for dinner reservations. It took 1.5 hours and two additional calls to get towels. They were delivered at approximately 5:45 pm. At 6 pm, there was a single knock on the door followed immediately by someone opening the door. It was a member of the housekeeping staff asking if we needed our room cleaned. By this time, we sent her away since my wife was already in the shower and we were running late for our reservation. The staff left without saying another word. This certainly isn’t what you expect from a Marriott property.

Loved our view of the Harbour. Close to Sanibel Island. Lots to see and do. Pools were great too!

That over 200 people check in and it was like a 25 minute wait just to go down to stories the steps. The fire escape was completely locked so you couldn’t even get out of the building waiting to get on. The elevator was so long made service is terrible place is nice but the service was absolutely awful massage. Person breath smelled so bad. He was very loud wasn’t very relaxing. Just overall wasn’t a good experience.
