Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa

Superb

Everything was nice except for the exceptional resort fees and parking fees. It was an extra $60 a day just to have a vehicle. The thing that might dissuade me from staying here in the future is the excessive fees that are ridiculous.

This resort is delightful. Many areas were redone since hurricane Ian in 2022. The hotel was extremely empty right before Labor Day so we basically had the whole resort to ourselves. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The spa was beautiful and Kristen gave me a wonderful facial and Gean (sp) provided a spectacular massage. Highly recommend this resort overall and the spa for sure. I will also remember how quiet early September is at this resort and the surrounding area.

Everything excellent

The check in process was quick and were given 2 welcome drink passes for the bar which was great. The problem was the elevators which only 2 were operational and took anywhere from 3-9min just to go floor by floor at any given moment.the restaurants were a bit expensive but still gaave it a try. The spa is definitely recommended as well as the gym which is very stocked. The pools was nice and never crowded. The bimini restaurant which is a small golf cart drive away is very recommended. The height of the stay were the amazing sunsets by the poolside which were incredible. Overall the stay was good, but try it out . Enjoy!

We loved the position, the pool, the room with a great view, the beds, the bottles of water our front and the bar by the pool. Watching the sun set was great. We also saw dolphins. We also liked that the hotel had a really good free laundry room available which was a great help to us. We liked everything.

This resort is so beautiful and the views are incredible! I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Sanibel area.

Very well-run establishment with lots of options now available for dining etc. rooms are modern and comfortable. Major issue is the parking. Two years ago I was here and the same issue surfaced = was not dealt with. Unless one pays for parking, it’s a crap-shoot as to whether one will find parking in the garage. If not or surely if one leaves the premises for dinner - one must park beyond the tennis courts… a 10-12 minute walk (with luggage!!) uphill and through a dimly-lit boardwalk back to hotel. Valet service is available but not offered.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at the resort. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with all our needs and the dining options were fantastic for the area. However, the main pool area felt like a state of chaos as kids were screaming running all around the pool deck and paying to attention to other people in the pool. I would not classify that as relaxing.

Run down dirty checked out right away and still charged us for the night. Which we left within a hour.

Very clean, the room is very spacious and comfortable and the staff is super friendly, I recommend 100%

Loved my too with a view

On Saturday, housekeeping never came to clean the room. My wife called down for a change of towels as we needed to get ready for dinner reservations. It took 1.5 hours and two additional calls to get towels. They were delivered at approximately 5:45 pm. At 6 pm, there was a single knock on the door followed immediately by someone opening the door. It was a member of the housekeeping staff asking if we needed our room cleaned. By this time, we sent her away since my wife was already in the shower and we were running late for our reservation. The staff left without saying another word. This certainly isn’t what you expect from a Marriott property.

We keep coming back , we really enjoyed our stay the staff are super nice and welcoming.
