Love the place. Breakfast is included , buffet style. The beach was calm and pool was warm. Complimentary kayaking or stand up paddle board. Other water sport activities on site for a fee. Didn’t get to try the massage but they have them on site. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. We will be back

The Pink Shell was the best Florida resort I’ve stayed at to date! Wonderful room, views, amenities, and staff. We will definitely be back!

Buffet breakfast good and included with room rate. Property was pushing 18% or higher gratuity for breakfast. Have never stayed in a resort property that included breakfast and then handed guests gratuity card for completion. Nice room view of Sanibel. Room very spacious. Nice large TV. Hotel is an older hotel but clean and nice location.

The pools are open until 11 PM which is amazing. It was so nice to be able to stay in the water late in the evening and really enjoy the vacation without rushing. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and it is served until 10:30 AM. I loved that too because when you are on vacation you do not always want to wake up early just to make it to breakfast. In the evening everything looks beautiful, especially when the pools light up red. There is always music playing which makes the atmosphere even better. The staff were amazing 10/10. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day and we had an incredible ocean view that we enjoyed every single day. The towel system is very convenient. You can take as many towels as your family needs and return them to the same place. The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can also order food and have it brought directly to you on the beach which is so helpful with kids. I also loved the wristband keys because you can use them for your room, beach access and towels. The hotel itself is beautiful and my daughter said it looked like a Barbie house because everything is pink even the towels. We had such a wonderful family vacation.

It was our second time at Pink Shell and we love it. Everyone is so friendly, the place is amazing, lots of options of things to do and eat. The pools are so fun and clean. and the beach is amazing. The view of the balcony and how they have a screen to protect from bugs and make it safer for young kids is so thoughtful as well. Breakfast was delicious and included which is amazing. The room was very clean and confortable and the staff so helpful.

Really loved the property amenities including breakfast buffet, included beach loungers, pool towels, kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. Also Bongos restaurant was wonderful for poolside appetizers/quick meals. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially loved Chester at the pool entrance. Super kind and friendly guy. Only opportunity my husband and I discussed is that there were so many birds around the pool and umbrellas that the lounge chairs could use cleaning every couple days to remove bird droppings. Also the daily resort fee was a little unexpected ($65/day) but probably just missed it in the fine print. We would still return as these weren’t major issues for our family. Thanks for the wonderful family trip!

this was my fourth year here in a row. I stayed at a Captiva every year. The one bedroom Villa and the service has been fantastic. Everything is great. The place is so clean so peaceful. I’m already booking my fifth year.
