During my stay, I noticed that someone had changed the temperature settings of the air conditioner to warmer each time we leave. We wanted to return to the cool room. This happened several times.

No complaints.

Facility was clean. Thin walls. Could hear peoples conversation next door. Woke up 6 am to above

Yes did not care for the breakfast at all rotten apples in the bowl had milk in gallon jug not very sanitary as while I sat there the lid was dropped in floor twice and placed back on jug what ever happened to an individual carton

My room was directly opposite the lobby hallway. Employees talking and laughing loudly at 4:30 AM. Breakfast was not as advertised on website.

Nothing. This hotel is more for truckers that for families. Breakfast was very limited to cereal and waffles.

Check in. We tried to use a virtual card and was told we could not. That was very disappointing, because we always have and that limited out spending money
-
A decent place to spend the night on a road trip.

Nice quiet place to stay if you’re between Birmingham and Chattanooga and it’s getting late.

It all starts with nobody working the front desk for check in… You have to check in with an electronic Kiosk which connects you to a remote person. We are not technology opposed, however if you are going to employ such tactics at least have a good internet connection! The continental breakfast was ok, very limited selection. The room itself was clean and nice, however the bathroom was poorly remodeled, the grout lines in the shower were full of mold and mildew. Also around the ceiling and wall joints there appears to be mold. There isn’t any signage on the building, old bath tub laying behind the building unintentionally being used as a “flower pot”… clearly this has been there awhile based on the height of the weeds growing out of it… For $10-20 more a night I’d stay at one of the newer hotels one exit south next time.
